Honestly so disappointed with Yoox. Used multiple times over the past year but it seems their customer service is not what it was.
Firstly I was charged a totally different amount to what the checkout price showed and I only realised once I checked my bank account. After multiple calls and emails I was told to just send the item back for a full refund as they couldn't honour the price (which I even had a time stamped photo of). I organised the return with the suggested courier. Once I had organised the return Yoox refunded the price discrepancy. I replied to say thanks but I was now returning the item.
After tracking my item I can see it returned to Yoox on 17th after I posted it on the 10th. Well within the returns timeframe. I chased up my return as I had no confirmation. I have now had a message to say they won't be refunding me and are sending the item back without giving a reason. Now obviously no one is replying to my emails. Totally unacceptable customer service. I have no choice but to raise this issue with my credit card company.
To be clear, item was returned in the received condition (I bought mens shoes as a gift so as a woman I've obviously not worn them). Also sent back two days after receiving them as that's when the courier was available to collect them. Even the tissue paper sleeve was still intact for the wrapping.
I would advise to shop on the outnet instead who have excellent customer service. If you do decide to order with Yoox do so with caution and be sure to use pay pal and a good credit card so you are covered.
I have been asking for months about a language problem and thus far I have not received any normal answer. Language for region of Georgia is by default Russian. This is both cultural appropriation and offensive, as language in Georgia is Georgian and if it is not available, why not use English as default?
First order with YOOX. Charged on 9 July - currently 20 Aug. Failed to deliver. Was supposed to go to collection point, twice advised it would arrive that day, twice failed to do so. YOOX did nothing to resolve. Kept waiting on phone ages by UPS having failed to get response through other routes, having to pay for call; could not resolve either. UPS & YOOX advise collection point refused delivery. Asked for refund several times - no response. Appalling - avoid YOOX like plague.
I've only placed one order with Yoox and the whole experience has been so distressing.
I'm disabled with limited mobility issues, I work from home and can't easily just pop out without assistance. I was disappointed to discover that I had paid for home delivery and the parcel was without warning delivered to a collection point.
I don't live anywhere near this collection point and it's on a hill which means there's no way I can physically collect it. I also paid for home delivery for exactly this reason.
Their answer? "Sorry to hear this, your parcel is ready to collect from XXX" in EVERY email. The parcel has been there for weeks, so the shop isn't rushing to return it, meaning I've just lost my money.
How patronising and discriminatory towards disabled customers, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
This shopping experience been a nightmare. I ordered one item from Australia I had no idea I got in yoox Australia. Next thing I know they don't ship to my country than I gave them the address to ship it in Australia. They held my item in Hong Kong for no reason. I called DHL, DHL express in Hong Kong in Australia Custoner service in Australia and in Hong Kong at 4 am my location time frustrating and annoying. The customer service is not helpful they are constantly lying. The item is getting shipped back, the item never left the wear house, the item is still in the west house, delays delays we apologise 3 weeks later we are waiting for this item to arrive return to us your credit will be processed 5-7 business days? Waste of time, energy complete nightmare of an experience people in Hong Kong are rudest ever, mean angry and disrespectful. I got nowhere and all I was trying to do is to get my $500 item. This company has no future in customer service. I will never ever shop with them again. Horrible unprofessional and waste of time. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from them. Stay away.
Look at what I ordered and what I received is not normal i don't buy never again is very ugly what i received I ordered the white ones and they came purple
I had 3 different incidents with returns where Yoox does not process some of the returns in the order and since it has happened to me 3 times now, I am sure that at this point there's either people at the warehouse who steal your returns and don't process it, or the company intentionally does this hoping that you won't notice. The last item that they did not refund me for is the most expensive dress in the order for $297. All the dresses I returned had tags attached and I only kept one dress, so I got 5/7 refunds instead of 6/7. Please document by video at the post office when you have to return your stuff back for a refund. They are unbelievable. I won't risk buying anything from them again.
They sent me a dirty bag! I've been waiting for a refund for almost 2 weeks! Terrible service! Support responds very slowly and does not help to solve my issue! I do NOT recommend this store!
I have been shopping at Yoox for 20 years. They get beautiful products. The sizing can be off (WAY off in some instances), the descriptions about the products can sometimes be innacurate (a wool shirt will be described as cotton, etc.), and sometimes things arrive that appear to have been used. AND their customer service is horrific, as in: their apparent hiring strategy is to employ hungover Parisians in the customer service department.
That bein' said, I have scored some amazing clothing at AMAZING prices thru Yoox, which is why I have been shopping there for 20 years. AND if I buy a pair of non-refundable jeans for $5, and the jeans wouldn't fit a toy poodle, I can generally find a starving student who could use a new pair of jeans.
A order got lost, which can happen. But I had to tell the same story 3 times before Yoox opened an investigation. After that total radio silence, no updates, and still no package.
They say that withing 8 working days the package will be found or they will do a refund. But now after 10 working days and a few messages for an update still no answer, no package an no refund.
Gonna contact the police about this matter
I would like to warn if you are ordering from the UK from this website "YOOX".
I am going a very horrible experience with YOOX & UPS included. I order 2 pairs of shoes more than a month ago. I had to return both and till date the packets have not reached YOOX. The shoes were worth £400. I have had to contact YOOX customer service literally everyday and they have been trying to tell me that I need to wait few more days as the order is still in transit. I sent 3 copies of the pro-forma invoice as well I sent a scanned copy of the pro-forma of the invoice to their customer service. Just after a day of sending the scanned copy of the pro-forma invoice, YOOX customer service has informed me that the packet has been disposed by UPS and I now need to check with UPS. Such a nice way of telling a customer that we don't care about your parcel and we have no responsibility for this and I lose my money in the process. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't order from YOOX if you are in the UK.
I have worn Ralph Lauren t-shirts for many years so I ordered 6 new items to refresh my wardrobe. The items arrived and after 1-2 wears they have degraded significantly - they are MUCH lower quality than any Ralph Lauren items I have had previously.
I contacted Yoox to explain that I had spent a lot of money on 6 items that were faulty, and they refused point blank to help or do anything (return or refund etc.).

Purchased Gianvito Rossi pumps (arrived LATE! And absolutely used before - DISGUSTING), and the price was OK (400 USD - sale) but... The service, the wait, and the main reason for my review is the MISSING REFUND.
This is unacceptable and terrible. The customer service always says that they've issued the refund the day BEFORE they received my parcel at their warehouse (HOW THE **** COME?!). And they told me that only after I've contacted them for the fourth time. I also contacted my bank, and I will have to report a fraud as this is exactly what it looks like.
People are ordering from this website, not knowing that the company under NET-A-PORTER group can be that unreliable. And I am also one of those poor customers who've made a wrong decision by purchasing an expensive item from YOOX.
I am unbelievably frustrated and won't purchase from YOOX ever again. Always read reviews before purchasing. I mean it. And if I ever want a pricey item, I'll save a lil more and spend it at Farfetch or any other e-commerce platform!
This company claimed to supply genuine products only but I purchased Superga sneakers and it is SOOO FAKE! From the box, material, fitting, branding, etc... ALL FAKE! I returned the items but they are charging me for shipping charges. I complaint to yoox and same response that their items are original and cannot refund the shipping charges. BEWARE!
Really good deals on quality products and designer fashion. Yoox makes quality clothing way more accessible to more people, which is awesome. I've made a few purchases so far and have been very happy with them all. It does help to know your size as I find their size information is sort of lacking, they could provide more detail there. Shipping to Canada is relatively quick. I also appreciate seeing all the duties/taxes that I need to pay for at the check out. At this point when I see designer pieces I really want, I just wait and hope they end up on Yoox. I recently purchased a Rick Owens cardigan from the 2021 collection that I have been hoping to get at a hugely discounted price, so that was a nice score. Purchased some excellent quality linen pants as well for about $70 in total. All in all, I'm really happy w/ Yoox.
Spent $250+ on a pair of 8 by Yoox leather boots and the rubber fell off the bottom of the heel…. One heel broke in half… then the OTHER heel broke in half two weeks after…. All within the first 3 months of wearing. Told customer service and they said "oh well". Didn't help at all. Then I took it to a shoe repair shop and they said the heel was made without any structural integrity — no metal, no reenforcement, just plastic covered in leather. For $250+ that is ridiculous.
I order jacket YOOX, 60 days to return! Very small size and they ignore me not send return information!

Ordered a Montblanc ring which arrived LATE and when it did arrive, it was packaged like something you would buy from Alibaba.com! No box no papers to confirm authenticity and even the invoice makes NO mention of the make/designer.
Emailed Yoox 3 times to enquire and received one reply asking for pictures? Pictures of WHAT? No box? No papers?

I made 3 orders: 2002YA70F2283D, 1702YC7A*******C, 1702YC*******C. All they have been canceled because of them and returned to yoox's warehouse. Yoox refuses to make a refund, writes "wait". I will never deal with these scammers and thieves again in my life! And moreover, I was their regular customer for about 8 years!
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
