I had a call & presentation with Yodle today for my design business. The salesperson was very pushy. Advertising with Yodle wasn't something I wanted to do right a way, maybe 3 months down the road I would be interested. I told them I wanted to see what my current advertising venues would bring in, maybe try Yodle in the future. He just kept pushing, and pushing. I started to get frustrated, and to be honest after the pushy sales approach, I don't think I want anything to do with Yodle. They lost me as a future customer... even if they could have brought me more business. If they would have calmed down on the sales, and respected my decision... maybe I would have considered them in the future. A 15 min sales call as they said it would be, turned into 45 minutes of them being rude & pushy... complete waste of time!
We were hesitant to sign up at first because of the price - we’re a small company with a tight budget. When Yodle called us (a second time), we had the sales rep on hold for over 20 minutes while we made the decision because it was really hard for us, but I’m glad we decided to try it because we are busier this summer than usual.
Yodle is absolutely fantastic! We’re able to filter our calls to match our needs. It’s great for our new staff because it helps them with managing calls. It just really works to our benefit.
Worst marketing scam ever. Not only did they charge a ton of money for a small, growing business, they generated virtually no leads. After I finally manged to leave them, they left an on-line mess for me to clean up with virtually no help from them. I'm beyond disappointed with this experience, I'm disgusted by it. Steer clear!
I use yodle's outrank local seo service for my online advertising and it has worked great. It's easy to keep track of your leads, they offer great local seo ranking, and have a very user friendly website that allows you to track your return on investment. Highly recommend.

Before yodle, I used another SEO organization that couldn’t show me measurable results and didn’t have the customer service that yodle has. Their customer service is astonishingly good! My salesperson follows up with me regularly. He reminds me to post my reviews on the inquiries I get to make sure I’m satisfied with the service.

I’m a believer in the future of technology so I thought Yodle would be a good thing to try for my business. Many people are using their phones and tablets to find information online and I really liked how Yodle would not just use my regular website when someone uses their phone, but a mobile version of my site. It all makes sense to me.

Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.

You would be better off doing your own social media marketing, joining the BBB and Y and white pages of phone book.
