I am a new customer of Yodle and just completed the online session to create our website and learn all the features of Yodle's marketing program. I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the completeness of their web marketing capabilities. It is providing me with all the tools I wanted and several more that I didn't know about. I am very excited about our new web marketing program. I believe it is going to be a big success.
I love the control I get on my leads control and the follow up.
First, from the sales pitch I thought all of the work except supplying some verbiage, photos and member list Yodle was going to do all the work. I really have neither the time nor desire to do most of it myself and the cost is a lot all things considered.
Second, however, the only reason I haven't asked for my money back is because Michelle was very knowledgeable. She seemed to genuinely want to help me get my program going correctly and spent time making changes to the 'typical' info as it did not reflect my practice much at all. So we shall see if this works for me or not.
They talked me through communicating with customers. This could be very valuable.
So far using yodle has been an extremely easy experience. I find the staff to be thoroughly helpful as well as knowledgeable. Of course I have just set the system up and can not give an endorsement on the products value in relation to my company until it's proven itself a viable option. I can say that I see this being a valuable asset to the development of my web presence so long as they can deliver everything their platform seems to encompass.
Yodle's dashboard is very user friendly and intuitive. Requires little to none specialized knowledge and is a powerful stand alone platform for communications and marketing. Our small firm began benefiting from the service almost immediately.
Client service representative Courtney Christian has been an exemplary professional! Her support has been coherent, timely, proactive, and delivered with an outstanding attitude.
We look forward to continuing our relationship with Yodle and our optimistic about the impact it will have on our law firm.
Not happy so far. 60+days into the contract and haven't seen results that justify the expense. One thing service had done is cause arguments between my biz partner and about wasting the little money that we have.

Contacted Yodle to tweak our Marketing Campaigns. The depth of knowledge and ideas provided by the Yodle representative was amazing! She also exuded a positive energy and you could tell she really loved her job! That in itself is reason enough to recommend Yodle.

From my first interview with Karissa to my setup with Michele I was truly amazed. I have had all kinds of contacts from advertising companies but none as professional as these people. I was impressed with the first presentation with Karissa and how professional she was and the videos were eye opening. Michele took me through the setup and explained everything well and let me know any time I had any questions I had a direct line to reach them.
I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the whole package. If this work it will be well worth the money.
Bonnie was very helpful today. She had a few things to cover but I had a lot of things to discuss. She was informative, professional, patient, and showed me lots of short cuts to make your service work even better for me.

I just completed my initial setup call with a customer care rep at Yodle, and I'm thoroughly impressed! First of all, Beth spent almost two hours walking me through the website and answering all of my questions with care, patience, and a great sense of humor. If all of Yodle's team members are this dedicated and knowledgeable, I'll be a very happy camper. Secondly, the portal offers an array of useful and simple options to promote my business, and much of it is automated. Photos and reviews will automatically be pushed to my business' Facebook page, and I can set up email campaigns well in advance with just a few clicks. I'm looking forward to familiarizing myself with this even more so that I can make the best use of all the features.

The set up phone call was very helpful. The call came right on time as scheduled and lasted longer than anticipated to answer all of my questions and go over everything I wanted to know. The service was friendly, professional, and patient. I would recommend to anyone looking to expand their business!

Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.

You would be better off doing your own social media marketing, joining the BBB and Y and white pages of phone book.
