It was a real disaster I ordered from them last year 2 product with the standard shipping. I was refunded on only 1 and it wasn't a total refund and it was credits on the website! I precisely said to be refunded on my bank account! Customer service will not even help you through the process it will do the bare minimum, and I think they did the bare minimum cause I did complaint on Paypal!
I'm attempting 1 last try this month with the tracked shipping which I paid for! If it doesn't get to my house in 1 month I will do a reclaim on Paypal, and I'll just refuse their "yesstyle credit". I wouldn't recommend this website to my worst enemy

YesStyle is giving up to 80% of the product which is totally wrong as in some of their product they make it triple the price of the product n make it 80% selling us with the same price as original. Atleast they should be genuine about this they shouldn't to customer by making false promise. Eg of missha n some clothing which is 2k at da max but they increase to 6 to 9k and selling is with 80%by bringing down to the original price. There are more of products these are two eg. I've been shopping at Yesstyle for over a year because I find that all the asian beauty products I want are normally available on their site. Because Yesstyle ships products from multiple different brands, the quality of each item is different. I've ordered shoes, clothes and beauty products and I found that the beauty products always end up being the best. Personally, the clothes for me are 8/10 times accurate to what was advertised. The cheaper clothing may not have great material, but reading the reviews in Yesstyle will definitely help.

Shoes might have been the hardest for me to buy because sizes from different brands can vary: a size 37 might be smaller in one brand compared to another - so again, just read reviews and make sure to take a size larger if necessary.

Something I think the site should add is photos to go along with the reviews - words are important, but photos really allow other customers to see what the product is really like. Also, they have this stylebucks system where you can get discounts as your membership gets upgraded (by buying more on the site), but it'd be nice if you can redeem those stylebucks too...

Overall, the site is very reliable and it sells clothes from famous shops like Chuu, Peripera, 3CE, Pony Effect and icecream12. If you like Kpop, Korean/Asian fashion, or just want to be stylish in general, I think Yesstyle is a great site for you to check out. It's pretty affordable and they often times have sales. Shipping does cost extra (not too bad) and items normally arrive in a week or two. They also give you a tracking code for your orders. I would recommend the dresses (they are so cute) and the lip products off their site. One thing that I really love is the fact that they sell circle contacts, and for cheap too.

I spent $114, In my entire order. Order number ******* I have got 2 items that completely nothing look like what i ordered. They probably dont have the items but instead of inform me, they send something else! This is such a scam. I emailed them 4 days ago for a return label because I will not pay for anything I did not order. No reply. Completely scam. And, the rest of the order, I will keep a basic sandal but I have to return rest of them. Just a piece of junk.

Great site for Korean beauty products. Lots of variety of clothing, great for Asian fashion items that cannot be found in the US and Canada. I found that lots of the photos are misleading, but this is the fault of the sellers, not the site. However, if you do end wanting to return an item, the process is a pain. They do not pay for shipping, and it takes a long time to process. I have been waiting 2 weeks to hear about my returned items...

I rly like this site for asian make up; however, the item of clothing I received looked nothing like the photos. Many friends have said that the items they receive are either great or disappointing. I think it's a fun site, but the first time I ordered, there was a huge delay in one item that I ended up cancelling due to waiting too long for an out-of-stock item. However, I still order from here all the time because it's fun and the majority of the make up are good and cute deals.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from YesStyle. My daughter loves the clothes, and I Iove the skincare products.
The clothes are well-priced, although I wish they came in bigger sizes so I could buy some too.
The skincare is fantastic but often slightly more expensive than other sites.
Overall, we really like the site, all the products, the discounts, and the great selection.
We will be sure to keep telling all our friends and family about YesStyle.
