I've been a shopper here since 2013. Although my tastes have changed, the prices here havent. I mean you may see some bad reviews these days because COVID has messed over everyone. But, on a normal day in normal circumstances, Yesstyle is good.

I've been using YesStyle for years to get my hands on affordable Korean skincare & makeup, as well as some cute jewelry every now and then. Their huge collection is what makes the website great, and the prices are fair.
The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is because shipping can take quite long sometimes, though they do make this known and are transparent about how long it will take.
Another reason why is because they recently upped their minimum purchase amount for free shipping to 65 euros whereas it used to be 35 euros, which is a pretty big (and unfortunate) change.
I would definitely recommend this website if you don't mind waiting a bit for the order to arrive!

I placed an order since end of March and haven't received it yet, after back and forth emails enquiring, they provided several tracking links, either the package status never have any progress stuck in a location, or simply information not accurate. The worst thing was, I asked for a refund, they decided not to respond to my email anymore! I don't know what to do now and l am stuck! I definitely do not recommend to order from this company!

Yesstyle use Yodel, a notoriously terrible delivery company and charged me for delivery and the discount amount of the items I bought, even though I never received them.

Yodel left an unhelpful slip of paper giving me no details of when they had arrived or where the package had gone or how to contact the courier.

Yesstyle maintained that I was liable to pay. You are better off buying Korean skincare from other website.

Concerning beingo charged for the amount that each item was discounted despite never receiving it. To quote Yesstyle's terms: "please understand if you order a product and apply a percentage discount coupon, and for any reason you receive a refund for the product, the refund will reflect the original product price minus the discount percentage"

I could rave endlessly about yesstyle. I would like to address some common complaints, as I see a lot of them and my reasoning for rating yesstyle 10/10 proves them all wrong. First, yesstyle is similar to shein, they have AMAZING clothing but you MUST read the reviews, and make sure the reviews have pictures. I never buy anything without picture reviews, as they are a must. Using this method, I have never once received a clothing item that I don't like. Also, shipping. For me, waiting a month for shipping really isn't a big deal, considering how cheap the clothing is. I understand that people want clothing quickly sometimes, for a event, but personally, i am in no rush to get them. Personally, all my packages have come in 2 weeks though. Also, they have a lot of coupon codes and cheap shipping! If you spend 40$, shipping is only 6.50. (for my location at least) becoming a gold member is super easy, and they give you lots of opportunities to easily earn stylebucks. This site is my go-to site for skincare and clothing!

BE AWARE Awful experience. Super DISAPPOINTED in YesStyle lately. Ordered a package in MARCH (23rd) I even paid 20$ express delivery (should arrive in 3-5 business DAYS) when they still had NO covid exceptions on the website. I STILL haven't received my package and it is almost June. I've not heard anything of it. I send customer service SEVERAL emails,
Only to receive a generic response with a copy paste from the tracking page that I'm also very much able to follow myself that it might take "a couple of weeks" for it to arrive. Zero help what so ever. I do understand that covid slows things down but MONTHS? This is ridiculous and the way the respond and treat their customers is awful and so unhelpful. I get no information or answers regarding if I'll ever even receive my package. I'm also concerned that my products won't be good when they arrive if they're sitting in a hot warehouse in the back of some post office right now. I'm more than disappointed of YesStyle, I won't be placing any orders with them ever again. IHerb has much more sufficient and helpful service gets everywhere in the world even with the current situation so fast. I'm so annoyed also that I recommended YesStyle to a friend and the EXACT SAME thing happened to her and we even live in different countries on the opposite sides of the world.

Is anyone else struggling with this?

Oh yeah and about a month or so ago I noticed YesStyle has removed my country from the list where they deliver and when I asked what's up with that via email I got no reply again. I won't probably receive my 200$+ order ever and it seems any kinda of response from them is impossible to get so I can only assume how hard it is to get a refund. So disappointed since I've been a loyal customer and had no issues in the past and now I don't get any help. BE AWARE!
