I bought my albums three months ago and if it wasn't for me emailing about what's going on i would never know that they LOST my products and they can't give me back my money because it goes straigh to their credit in the website. It was the first and last time I buy something from here.
I like this site. I feel like not many people use it when it comes to kpop albums as other sites. Over the span of a decade I havent had an unsolvable problem yet. Really appreciate the option for free delivery even if it doesn't have tracking. Although I wish there were more than one option for tracking as if for example with my recent purchase: I bought something for 55usd, the delivery fir tracking was 30usd, but I don't wanna pay 30usd for tracking and 5-7 day delivery. The free delivery estimate is about a month so I used that. I would love to see a tracking option, even if it took a month delivery also, but for a lower price. Can't remember if this was an option before but it isn't an option now and I wish it was~ if there were 3 delivery options at this point in time, I think my review would easily be a 5 star.
