I come here first for music, before searching fan stores/sites. I have been scammed, and over charged by private sellers/K stores, too many times. As for as price... I find it to be no more costly than private sellers. Much safer. Sometimes way cheaper, when you figure in S&H. I live in California. I have never had any delivery issues. Nor have I had any damaged merchandise. I have been buying here for my kids, since 2010.
I have to see how long I receive the product, so far not a good experience. I really do not want to criticize your web site, but it is not a good method to order the CD.
For me this is a great site to shop, since there won't be taxes inside EU. However there were more random merchandise than the actual albums from the band. Also I think the site is pretty dated and difficult to use or more like focus what to read. However it was easy bying experience, no difficulties.
Price Too Expensive
Blu-ray prices in YesAsia are too expensive, much more expensive than Amazon.com. I buy in Yes Asia only when there is an Indonesian subtitle.
In addition to the price is too expensive, which I do not like from YesAsia is quite often Blu-ray that I bought, can not be sent with the reason "are waiting for stock", when it should if you have sold it You must guarantee goods ready stock. If there is no stock, there must be a description.
Albums may seem cheaper on sites like KPopTown, KPopMart or KoreanMall... until you get to the shipping fees. At the end of the day, YesAsia is almost always the cheapest and best place to buy from.
It was easy to use, you guys had everything I was looking for. I wish after some amount of money shipping will be free cause I spent a lot of money and shipping was more expensive that my most expensive item, but the rest is ok.!

Frequent customer on this site. Usually don't have any problems aside from them sometimes cancelling items that were listed as available when I purchased but were actually out of stock. Otherwise, they're fairly reliable. With the free international shipping and sales, YesAsia has some of the best prices for kpop stuff online. They also have a wide selection of movies. I like to get the Taiwanese or Hong Kong versions of my favorites so I an watch the Cantonese/Mandarin dubs with my family. You can also sometimes find long soldout anime/manga merch here. Idk about express shipping, but if you opt for free shipping, it can take a LONG time (especially if you live in the US) and be pretty rough on your items. I got a book with bent corners once. Same for albums. Never received any of my stuff actually broken yet, so I'm grateful for that. Will probably continue using this site in the future. I ordered my albums on 28th october and got them 28 november (in business days 19). I am from central Europe and shipping was pretty slow, but it was shipped from Hong Kong so I understand why. The minus is poster, it was in tube but at the top are wrinkles and white creases. But I am satisfied with YesAsia :)
