The reviews for the company reveal a stark contrast in reputation, highlighting significant strengths in product quality and customer satisfaction from some users, particularly regarding prompt service and effective solutions. However, a prevalent theme of dissatisfaction emerges, particularly related to customer service and advertising practices. Many customers express frustration over unresponsive support, billing issues, and perceived unethical practices in contract management. This feedback suggests a critical need for the company to enhance its customer service approach and address transparency in its advertising services to improve overall customer trust and satisfaction.

Please think twice before you do their "plan". Just know that it is non- refundable. We moved before my husband could utilize said plan... we're now out $400 because we moved and won't be using this location any longer. Also, we've called multiple times to discuss what can be done for a refund... we were told that the dentist would call us back... he never did. Because of this, I wont be returning and nor will my husband. The person we spoke with was rude and instead of escalating it properly she said, "I'm sorry you feel that way". Terrible customer service for $400 bucks.
I have a fake review on the yellow pages website. The wording in the review proves it is not real and not about our small business. Yellow Pages refuses to review this and verify. It is impossible to get through to a person and ask for help. The automated system locks you out when you try to reach out to them more than one time.
Everything YP sales people say is a lie and a scam. They do not put you on 30 platforms, they add you on garbage websites that nobody visits. You will NEVER GET LEADS, you will just get YP invoices. Avoid YellowPages ad services AT ALL COSTS.
Barr Roofing and Exteriors is the best. I have used this company twice. First, I had some storm damage. Marty came and evaluated my roof the same day I called. He helped me make the best decisions for my roof and shingles. His crew completed the job in one day. They tore off the old roof put the new one on and cleaned up. My roof looked absolutely beautiful.
Shortly after purchasing a new home we needed to replace a old roof. Well I had no doubt who I would call, Barr Roofing. Again he promptly came and evaluated my roof. He again helped me make the best decisions. When he gave me the final bill it turns out the cost to replace this roof was less than his bid. My new roof looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Barr Roofing & Exteriors. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.
Can find easily any best restaurants in the town thank you yellow pages
Will definitely go with real yellow pages.
The Worse company to ad. Your business, last July I applied to ads. My business, since then Several times we as a family business called them for cancellation but they do not care and just send invoice for nothing, they are a bankrupt business and if unfurtunately somebody enter to an agreement with them can not quit easily.
Useless marketing and support. I wonder what I actually pay for.
Had a manager call me back to advise me that he had no intention to find a solution to my problem.
Therefore x4 times having to repeat myself and what a colossal waste of time.
Yellow pages does not come recommended.
Kevin Seaver is our family hero. He is an expert in dealing with the dept of children and families in Massachusetts. He was able to turn a bad situation around and let us sleep again. Kevin Seaver you Rock!
This company has been asked both verbally and by written request to take down information about our company that is incorrect for over 3 years off and on now and yet they still have done nothing. They did call on one occasion and told us that if we paid them a large sum of money, then they would go ahead and update the free profile that they have our account under but otherwise, they told us there was nothing they could do to change it. So we requested that they at least remove our company information all together because you see.any information out on the interwebs about a company that is different or does not mesh up with other information will throw off the algorithm which in return could cause the company to either lose customers based on the fact that when they find out that a company doesn't even exist at a particular address and yet yellow pages is saying that it does...people tend to believe that the company is a scam company for one and for another, it tends to make it so that your company doesn't show up first, second or even third down the list of similar companies like yours in your area because Google can't verify that your company is the only company in your area or that it is not in fact.a scam company. So because yellow pages is actively choosing to put information out there about our company that is false and they are actively choosing not to change that information or to take it down unless we pay them a large sum of money then it will cost our company money in the end anyway?
My question is since when did Yellow Pages decide to employ members of the Mafia? Are they now fully owned by them too because not one single employee here has acted any other way but this way nor have they taken any steps in attempting to resolve the issue and either fix or take down the misinformation that they have posted on their website despite the many formal and informal requests and without any regard for truth or facts.
I have been buying advertising in Yellow Pages since 1976. I retired in December last '22. On 7th March, I received an invoice for $869.87 from Yellow pages for renewal of adverting. I emailed them back telling them I did not wish to renew and told them to cancel the invoice for $869.87. I then received a succession of calls from different persons telling me I could not cancel and that I owed them $869.87. They claimed that I had authorised the adverting as follows 1) by an oral contract over the phone in 2020 whereby I had agreed to renew the advertising automatically each year without any further action from me and 2) they also claimed I had renewed the contract by not replying to an email they had sent me in December. I had not received this email. They had sent the email to an old email address even though I had informed them of my new address and they had in fact sent the invoice to my new address. I believed I did not owe the money as I had never authorised the advertising. Relying on the oral phone contract was invalid as they had never sent a reminder to my new registered address. Relying on implied authorisation was invalid for similar reasons. I considered I had a good case to defend any action they might bring in the Small Claims Court to force payment of the money. But, in the end, in order to avoid the stress involved in defending the matter in legal proceedings, I paid the amount but stated it was Under Protest. In any case, I think it would be bad business practice to force payment for a future service which will never be delivered and which would be of no use. I urge would-be clients of Yellow Pages not to conclude a contract orally over the phone but to insist on a written contract signed by both parties with each being provided with a copy. Avoid automatic roll - over of contracts. Insist upon a new contract each year.
Yellow pages automatically rejects your privacy because it rejects VPNs. I get their business is for profit but in todays world you'd think they would balance profit with privacy or at the very least develop an algorithm / capcha (easy to do) so VPN user could still see their info. I guess they'r so profitable they don't need to. If so, kinda makes ya wonder about their perspective on clients.
I cancelled our ad with "the real yellow pages" and according to them they have no record of that so they are forcing me to pay for services I do not want. They are crooks of the worst kind.
My name is Gwen Jackson I give Innovative Lasers of Houston thumbs up went to the Voss Area, the staff was very professional and friendly amazing, most I'm wearing clothes that I normally couldn't wear, thanks to Innovative Lasers of Houston.
THEY NEVER ALLOW HONEST REVIEWS OF OTHER BAD PLACES AND THEY SUCK UP TO THE POOR ONES THAT DESERVE AN HONEST RATING.
Motor medics were excellent -Stephanie who dealt with customer service was great and Ryan the car mechanic. Ryan identified the problem with the car, and sent off for a part fixed the car and returned it. The price quoted was very good. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.
Yellow Pages is only after your money not in helping you succeed in any manner. They did not help promote my business out site of putting my business name in their search engine. When I shattered my ankle and my business failed, they started to sue me. During litigation beginning they had to indefinitely suspend it. They waited until I started piecing my life togeteher to reinstate the litigation and since I had moved from the state they were able to make wage garnishments that puts me in a place where my life is financially in jeopardy. Do they care. Of course not they want to be paid.
Answer: Oh I got those phone calls... but mine was repeated calls from a very annoying person trying to constantly sell me on their services and to buy ad space. They are trying to populate their "yellowpages.com" website with businesses. Then once they verify you, I'm sure a local salesperson will give you a call...
