After several emails inquiring about my order and then guarantee me it would be delivered before Christmas I called today and I get a refund for hours later with them canceling my order due to their fulfillment center not responding to any of the companies inquiries the manager on the phone told me that they cannot even talk to a manager at the fulfillment center to question on an order they'd have to just sit and wait and see what happens so their decision was to cancel my whole order
I ordered over 25 items on a Black Friday sale and it stated I would get my items by Dec 6. That date came and went with nothing. I emailed, since you can't seem to get people on the phone, twice. They apologized and stated that if there were things out of stock they would refund those and send the rest. I looked and in my second email stated that their website showed they were out of stock of 5 different items. The last email stated I would still get all of my in stock things before Christmas (yes, they were that backed up). We never got an email with tracking information so on the 21st I called multiple times and after every 15 minutes it would hang up on me and I would try again (I did this 4 times in a row chosing different options twice on the 21st). Today, the 22nd, I called and actually spoke to a representative and expressed how annoyed I was at the entire experience and she stated that she would put my order as a priority so I would get it before Christmas. Which made me mad too because I thought I was already in this status. I checked this evening to see if anything had changed... Yep, they cancelled my order! They stated they would not give me the price I paid for in stock items, they would not place the order again but that they would refund me and let me buy an ecard since they were not able to get me my items by Christmas. I have purchased from them numerous times in the past and after this experience I will never buy from them again. After almost a full month they decided to cancel my order after speaking to someone assuring me I would get it. WTF is going on over there?
I made my order on November 26th. Was $40 I purchased in on sale items for Black Friday. I was supposed to receive my order by December 7th. Never got confirmation email, on the 6th I received email that they were having shipping delays. Which I get. But then, Im waiting and waiting. It was well over a five delay. I email them after getting an email saying one item was out of stock that wasn't when I placed the order, and someone replies saying they are still having delays and it will be at my house before or on December 24th. I sent a second email saying I still haven't gotten a shipping email and it's the 21st. They email me back and canceled my whole order. I was actually excited to get what I bought. I'll never shop here again. And honestly save yourself the headache.
I will never order from Yandy again. No longer trustworthy and total waste of time including more future hassles for me just to get my original money back.
As I understand e-commerce, it is simply I give you money and you ship chosen product to me. If you cannot uphold your side of that agreement... you should communicate such in an timely and honest manner. Instead they choose to take your payment very quickly, but not ship your product by cancelling all your "sale" items three days before Christmas. This is not cool and no "we're sorry babe" or take "15% off your next order for your inconveniece" makes Yandy as currently constituted any less sketchy.
I am/was willing to be super flexible on understanding current difficulties w/ covid, short staffing, inventory etc and was also flexible on when I received the product I already paid for. But that relationship works both ways and after nearly a month, it now appears Yandy is a company who has no interest in upholding any decent customer service duties and just plain screws you in the end... intentional or unintentional. Just unacceptable and they should be ashamed to treat people like this.
I placed an order through their website on Black Friday during their big sale. That was November 26th I believe. About 10 days later I received an email that 2 of the items were now out of stock and could not be fulfilled. About a week ago I sent an email asking what the status of the order was and I was told the two items were gone but the remainder of the order was still good to go. I emailed again yesterday and received basically the same message. 20 minutes ago I received a completely cancelled order notice. 3 days before Christmas. 1 phone call and 2 email exchanges later and now this email? Never again.
I have all of the emails saved but this format will only allow for pictures
I ordered many items during their Thanskgiving sale. Was supposed to get order by 12/6. Today, 12/22 they tell me they are canceling my order as they cannot fulfill it. No reason, just we cannot. They offer me a discount of 40% to use after 1/1. Many of the items I ordered were discounted up to 90% and were for Christmas gifts. Now I have nothing 4 days before the holiday. Many of the items are still listed on their site, but at their regular price. So they can ship it out at the regular price, but are not honoring their sale. This is false advertising. I will never again purchase anything from them. And this is after buying stuff from them for about 10 years.
Yandy ran a Black Friday sale in 2021. Myself and MANY other boudoir photographers purchased items during that sale. Every single one of us either had "out of stock" notifications or orders canceled altogether. They "claim" to not have the stock on hand that was purchased during the sale. But, if you check the website, it still shows those items in stock. After many back-and-forth emails with them and them telling me my PARTIAL (so many items canceled) order would ship 12/24 (nearly a month after ordered/paid), I asked them to cancel my order. I've been waiting for a refund since 12/13 (they said it should take 3-5 days). When I ask them where the refund is, they refer me to my bank and offer no additional support. I have since had to file a Paypal claim against them. This company's ethics are shady and they do not care about servicing their customers, in my opinion.
I really wish I had read the other reviews before processing any order.
I would have gone elsewhere.
I paid $59.95 for express international shipping, nearly 1 week ago, assuming dispatch would be within 24 - 48hrs. NOTHING, based on the fees paid it should be arriving tomorrow, it hasnt even been shipped! Money back for reneging on the commitment? NO!
A generic response basically saying we are busy, was received.
Avoid express anything here, it doesnt exist.
Happy to remove this negative review if the team can get their finger out.

Placed an order on the first day of their Black Friday sale which was on Thanksgiving, Nov 25th. Original date to be received was supposed to be Dec 6th. A few days after placing the order I received an email apologizing and stating orders would take an extra 5-6 business days due to a ton of orders. Ok, no big deal. But that time has come and gone and yesterday was 3 weeks since placing the order. I've sent multiple emails at various times trying to get someone to actually look into it but all I get is the same scripted message. I have tried calling and after waiting on hold forever it comes up apologizing they don't have an agent. I tried messaging on Facebook and still just get the same scripted message. Some of these items are little Christmas gifts and their scripted message promises it will be here by dec 24th but after ordering from this company several times before, I know that it has always taken over a week for orders to get here once shipped. I can't get any actual real help at all. I've asked specifically if they are shipping in the order in which they were placed, no answer. The extra 5-6 business days time frame was 3 days ago but apparently nobody there thinks that's an issue that it hasn't even been packed in a box yet. I am at a loss as to what else to do since any contact with them yields zero result but an extremely angering scripted message and nobody will even look into the order and do anything. In case someone there actually sees this and feels like actually helping a customer in some way instead of just saying "oops sorry shipping is delayed, blah blah blah" … order *******.
I don't know why I was stupid enough to shop with them again after they ripped me once already. 1st incident, I'm still owed around $254 for items I never received. Here my dumb $#*! is again, tried to give them the benefit of the doubt while the 1st incident is waiting to be fixed and they just screwed me over again. This time for $113. I will never shop with Yandy again. The place is shady. I've tried to upload proof of both to this site but they won't load.
They really don't care if product ships or not.

If you want Customer Service, this is not the place. The evening of Black Friday ordered a ton of stuff, 3 different times, each order had anywhere from 15-20 items except one order had only 1 item. All items had 90% off and checked out and orders placed. Following day the 1 item ordered was already shipped, the other two nothing. A few days go by, and I get a notice that one item I ordered was out of stock and was being refunded. Curious I messaged Yandy asking about refund, for what item, and status of rest of orders as I haven't heard anything. Was told orders where combined and will ship in a day.
Few days go by with nothing, re-contact them and am told warehouse issues, orders will be sent. I confirm with Rep on the phone that all items are good and no out of stock issues. She said all items are good and will ship soon. Well, a few hours later I got an email saying some generic line Oops, 11 of the items ordered are out of stock. There fix for this is to provide you with a code for 15% off, you got that right, so instead of getting an item with 90% off (sale price), they want you to re-order the item when it comes in at 15% off. They refused to acknowledge any issues and when you ask to speak with someone about honoring their pricing if the items come back in they refuse that they cannot in any way do that.
Save your money, save your time, this Online retailer doesn't care about their customers, only their money. The items are good because of the price, which is how they duped so many here it seems, but you can get better quality and fit somewhere else, and I am beginning to think that better price must come from a service with better customer support as this is the only place I have had this issue. So, this was my last straw. It is now Dec 7th, still no shipping, no pending refund, no nothing from them.
This is a great product I'm not gonna lie. But when you order something you should get the whole order. I ordered 15 items and then they sent out 11 items. When I ordered it and they took the money route right away and then they hold onto the money for two weeks and then they sent my 11 items out. They reimburse me $10 but worth the other four dollars or my for other products. They said that they took out the four items because they were out of stock and they cannot reimburse me because I do not qualify for the discount anymore. I'm not mad about the four dollars it's the fact that they did that and they held onto the money and then they didn't even try to call me or contact me asking me if I wanted something else. No matter what you should be able to get what you pay for.
On Black Friday the online sale was 90% with an additional 30% off until 11:59pm. I filled my cart with a final total of $50 and change to receive the free shipping as well. When I went to pay the items were still saying "90% Off" but the prices in the cart changed when the screen refreshes. I emailed them and was told they do not make price adjustments. I replied with a screenshot showing the item said 90% off but was coming up full price and someone needed to call me. They replied thanking me for the clarification and asked for my number saying they would call today and I didn't receive one, however I received another reply email saying "we are unable to change the price per upper management". I am posting a picture so you can see where it says 90% off and shows the full price which changed prior to 11:59pm. 100% unsatisfied customer.
This company has a nice website but if you want to speak with an agent just forget it!
It's been 4 weeks since I placed my order and it hasn't shipped yet. Extremely disappointed with the entire company as a whole!
After ordering a 38.50$ item I got multiple confirmation emails from yandy for one item. With different item numbers. The next day I look at my bank account and had fraud activity from another website I have never heard of for over 1,00$! Wtf!
The costume I ordered was a 3x and arrived smaller than a size 12- I was told only store credit. I'd be fine if the piece of material was even close to you he size I ordered, but that's a complete rip off. You have my money and I have a useless outfit.
I paid for overnight shipping on the 10/20. The order didn't ship out until 10/22. This order was for a Halloween party on 10/30. The icing on the cake, the Carrier (UPS) delivered my package to an address in a different city than I live. I live in Moore and the package was delivered in Oklahoma City, at a side door. There is no side door at my place.
I sent an e-mail to yandy with all the information on 10/26 and I received a response today, 11/1,5 full days after. I included documentation of order being delivered to a different city in email.

To best assist you I suggest you provide the SKU # of the item you interested in. Also the brand is listed - you may want to research the brand rather than just Yandy. Sizing would be the most important factor. I would use our sizing guide http://www.yandy.com/sizing-guide. I cannot reply to Lynn, Ahmed, Jennifer or Brandi's experience because I do not know what they purchase. Unfortunately there is a risk of shopping online - unlike a store you cannot try it on. You cannot feel the quality or see exactly how it looks. Every customer's perspective is different. Some customer's find a $36 costume be exactly what they expected.
