My order after Black Friday was canceled just before Christmas.
They repeatedly assured that everything would arrive on time.
To date, the costs have not been reimbursed either. I will wait a few more days and if the money is not returned, I will apply to the bank with a chargeback procedure
As many others have, I placed a fairly large order on black friday this year (November 26th). It was stated on the website that items would arrive before Christmas. Fast forward to December 21st and my order hadn't arrived so I contacted customer service. They didn't really answer any of my concerns but again said by Christmas eve my order would be here. Fast forward again to December 27th I got in touch to see what was going on and to try and get my money back. I once again wasn't offered an explanation, they said it would show up soon. And zero apology for the hassle. It's December 30th today. Package still not here. No refund. Please don't waste your money. Go elsewhere.
DO NO ORDER** I placed an order during the Black Friday sale for several items 90% off. I emailed several times and was assured they were behind but they would ship. After 6 weeks they cancelled my order (without any notification). Many of the items I ordered are still available but no longer on sale. Looks to me like they just decided not to honor the sale prices. Maybe it was just a ploy to get people to order other stuff. **Not a company worth buying from**
I was a black Friday customer and my story is the same as everyone else's. They said I'll be refunded in full but I'm still waiting on that. I just want my money back. Guess I'll be filling out a report to the AZ attorney general.
I was one of many people that bought products for their Black Friday sale. Both me and my girlfriend spent over $160USD to various 'on sale' items. This past week we got an email saying they were unable to fulfill the order and they started the refund process. They canceled the refund within 3 days! Yandy can take the money and not have to fulfill the order. DO NOT purchase from this site.
***Update: We learned that Yandy support "stalls" by saying they already refunded (even though they cancelled the refund.) Here is how we filed a dispute.
We filed disputes using PayPal's online system and attached screenshots but because of PayPal's system glitch and Yandy tactics it will immediately deny the claim in favor of Yandy. Here is how you get around this:
1. Contact PayPal or Credit Card and open a dispute with an Agent. Do not use PayPal's online system as it will not work.
2. Have your screenshots of
A) Yandy product order confirmation
B) order cancellation from Yandy
C) Refund history (for any partial refunds)
D) refund cancellation by Yandy
Be ready to attach this information or send to agent or have them pull this information from your previous failed online dispute within PayPal dispute center.
PayPal agent will change the dispute on their end and file it against Yandy. Yandy will have 10 days to respond (which they did for my gf saying they were sorry for cancelling the refund but provided no information in regards to re-processing of the refund and avoided all of our concerns/questions.)
Regardless, PayPal will then send you a notification that the case will be closed in your favor and your funds will be returned via PayPal customer coverage. Yandy still got away with the $ but PayPal will cover the loss/fraud?. Enough of these disputes filed means Yandy will be reviewed by PayPal compliance and have their PayPal vendor credentials challenged SO please file your disputes and hold this company accountable.

I purchased 28 pieces (me and my friends) gifts for Christmas and spent about 4 hours selecting them. The order was delayed and after 1 month was canceled and refunded. No reason.
I had no gifts for Christmas to give to my friends and missed all other deals in other places. Such a shame.
They offered me 10% off the next order
Since the trip to Budapest was last minute but important, I required expedited delivery of select special outfits fitting the mood and occasion. However, holiday demand and COVID caused delay in many vendors. Yandy offered gorgeous outfits including everything from swimsuits, cocktail/party dresses and lingerie, and delivered them on time. Although packed in less than attractive plastic wrap, everything arrived timely and was as ordered. Thank you Yandy for helping make the trip special.
Have bought from them a few times before with no issues. Recently bought a bunch of stuff from Black Friday sale and they just decided to cancel my order. The same items I purchased are still showing in stock on website and they don't want to help me at all. I think that it's ridiculous I've reached out to them and have just gotten same generic and no answer as to why the items I bought are still on site being sold in stock.
I placed and order and paid for it a month ago. I was told after 2 weeks, when it should have arrived, that things were delayed and was assured I would have my package by Christmas, which included gifts for my husband. I understand, things happen. I've been checking daily to see if it has shipped since it's supposed to be here in 2 days and this morning they canceled my whole order with no good reason. 31 of the 37 things I purchased are available to buy right now on their site. Trust me I spent the time 1 by 1 adding everything back into my cart. I'm fairly certain they're just mad I purchased during a sale and they think I'll come back and buy it lal again full price.
After placing an order of 33 items and almost a month of waiting for them to arrive I received an email from the company canceling my order. Multiple e-mails had been sent to the company regarding the delay and each response appeared to be almost bot responded ignoring the fact of looking into the order, but assuring it would be arriving on or before December 24th. Company appears to not honor their prices, sales, etc by canceling orders without any satisfactory reasoning. Will not repeat business with a company with no ethics or customer service. Would highly suggest you stay away from doing business with them unless you like loaning money for 30 days and later refunded. They tried to rectify their poor behavior by offering a discount code of 40% off after the original items were purchased at 90% off. To top it off all items are showing available currently on their site and the prices have been severely inflated! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bait and switch company that will surely let you down!
So after spending a lot of hours on Thanksgiving shopping and after an entire month waiting for the items I ordred, I get an email saying that my ordrs are canceled due to unforseen circumstances. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional to treat a customer who's being shopping and buying stuff for more than 14 years. I find it very hard to believe that non of my the items ordered are available. If it was a few items canceled that might be understandable, but canceling entire order, that is just sad and disappointing. They did not even care to explain the easons other than "unforseen circumstances", that is just sad. Avoid this company at all cost and don't waste your time
I put together a black friday order. I received an email about a week later stating that a handful of items weren't available. Understandable, they had a large volume of sales.
Not so understandable was that they canceled the order and refused to give an explanation other than "unforseen circumstances". The majority of items from my order are still in stock and are actively being sold (for a much higher price). I reached out to resume my order and was told my order would not be resumed, they would not honor black friday pricing, and would not ship it at a later time. (See screenshot)
They gave a 40% off coupon (with a limit) to compensate for deciding a month later that they didn't want to honor their original 90% off sale. I'm just hoping I'm fully reimbursed at this point after reading some other reviews.
I won't be shopping with them again unless they decide they are going to at least partially fulfill my order, or bump that 40% off to something closer what I had originally ordered at. There are plenty of other options out there.
Ordered many items for the 90 percent off Black Friday sale, waiting past told shipping date and asked for an update. I was assured my order would be shipped. Yesterday however they sent me an email that my entire order had been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances and their solution was to offer me 40 percent off up to $150.
Ordered a bunch of items on Black Friday and was supposed to be delivered by Nov 6, then was told a delay of 5-6 days. Still didn't show up emailed and told how busy they were and it would be delivered by Christmas Eve. Was told this 2 separate times. Today 1 day before Christmas Eve my whole order was canceled. So pissed. Now I don't even have time to order anything in time to replace these items for Christmas... horrible customer service
I ordered during a huge sale. I was sooo excited. I waited a few days for an email containing my shipping information, but it never came. 6 days after I placed my order, I got an email stating that they were expecting fulfillment delays of up to 5 days. Then 7 days after that, an email stating a few of my items were out of stock and I'd be refunded. I called 3 days after to check on my order and the woman on the phone said they'd ship my order out within the next 3 days. Nothing. So I emailed after a few days, and again, they assured it would be shipped soon and that it would arrive on or before the 24th (I had Christmas items.) another week goes by, I send another email. Same response. Then I check my email after another 3 days, and see that my order has been canceled and I will be refunded. Alllll of that, just for my order to be canceled. Basically an entire month went by. They offered 40% off of my entire order next time, but obviously I will never order from them again, and 40% off my entire order of regularly priced items doesn't really do much. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. They obviously were not prepared to offer such a huge sale.
Yandy had a black Fri sale and I placed my order early in the morning. They claim their site glitched and they didn't have all the items in stock. They sent 2 separate emails with the missing items listed. Okay fine. Then no shipping available for a month. So after calling They assured it would arrive for Christmas. I asked the woman why the items are still showing in stock on the website that they canceled. Her response was they don't care and won't do anything about it. I said politely I'll call back about that, thank you very much. She made sure to tell me she is noting that on my account. 1 day later they send an email canceling my entire order. 2 days before Christmas and an entire month after I placed my order. Also other people received their orders that placed them way later then I did. And they are still selling these "out of stock items" currently on their site for full price or barely on sale. So the coupon they are offering doesn't even come close to the sale prices and my original order. But I'm supposed to feel bad for them and the system glitch. Had they properly addressed the orders as they came in and fulfilled them in order they might not have so many upset customers right now. They can also offer to fix the orders with like items or the items that are in stock but instead they are trying to rip customers off thinking we will go back and repurchase at a much higher cost. This is my first time dealing with Yandy and the customer service is the worst. It's very sad that they refuse to fix their mistake. From my understanding they promised alot of customers the orders will be in by December 24th and mass canceled all of them today.
Time after time there are issues with orders. Rude customer service. Fraudulent company! It's horrible how they treat customers! Will never do business with them again!
Just got the email they refunded my whole order. I AM BEYOND LIVID. I spent soo much $$$ on outfits and not even all sale items. What's worse is they ARE STILL SELLING THE ITEMS THEY ARE SAYING ARE OUT OF STOCK. - WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY... IT IS NOT OUR FAULT YOU OVER SOLD ON YOUR BLACK FRIDAY SALES... DO BETTER.
This company is a scam. I placed an order during their black friday sale and have been waiting for an update. I received nothing but canned email responses from this company for a month. Finally, I received an email today that stated my entire order was canceled. WHAT!? This website is an absolute scam and a joke.

To best assist you I suggest you provide the SKU # of the item you interested in. Also the brand is listed - you may want to research the brand rather than just Yandy. Sizing would be the most important factor. I would use our sizing guide http://www.yandy.com/sizing-guide. I cannot reply to Lynn, Ahmed, Jennifer or Brandi's experience because I do not know what they purchase. Unfortunately there is a risk of shopping online - unlike a store you cannot try it on. You cannot feel the quality or see exactly how it looks. Every customer's perspective is different. Some customer's find a $36 costume be exactly what they expected. Other feel it should be of much better quality. I would suggest contacting our Live Chat customer service representatives to discuss what you are looking at.
