Yahoo News is a complete disaster. I do not recommend reading their news articles. I'm not sure why it's published in the first place. Another concern is Yahoo Mail. Their spam filter is horrible, and delivery delays occur more frequently than with other email companies.

Don't create an account with this company. They get hacked every year. That, or they just delete your account with no notice or defense for doing so. Don't give your privacy away.

I have been Yahoo customer on both personal and business for decades. Lately, I felt the news and articles I'm getting sounds not right which means those are biased opinions. So, I searched and found out that about 70% of people felt same way. Some of the news are trimmed to fit democrats' appetite, and to fire up gender, LGBT, racial issues. I don't want to hear far left biased opinions, and articles. Yahoo should be on neutral.

I received this Academy Sports credit card with a credit limit. I have paid this card every month on time in about 8,9 months or so…. So one day I receive an email stating that we are reducing your credit limit. I was very surprised do to the fact I only used the card for 2 items. I purchased a tent and a small battery charger. The tent have no quality to me at all, I used the tent twice and it's practically unusable. Commenity Bank issued the card and that's a very pathetic bank. They sent me a letter saying that they re check your credit periodically and my score went down a little… hahahaha it was laughable, because I'm saying so when my score went up, you didn't increase my credit limit… but you going to decrease my credit limit. Lol, I laughed and said well of course you can take all of it because I was paying your pathetic card on time and this is what I get…lol, you never have to consider me purchasing anything from any stores you finance. I wouldn't do business with places like this. Consumers have to realize these little sleazy businesses need you. You really don't need there goods and they will be begging for your business. Commenity finance King Size, and a few more of them none quality having businesses. Look at the crap we buy from these sleazy places! The moral of the story is…if you pay on time every month and these clowns treat you like this…. Run and hurry and pay that card off and quickly cut the card. They Do Not deserve your business! Stay blessed!

You know when I grew up, the news was an unbiased place to get... news, Yahoo is a "NEWS" outlet like I am a center for the Knicks, in delirious minds only. I dont understand the aversion to just reporting the news and letting people make up their own minds, I dont need to be lead down a path, I would just like you to report the news!

Yahoo is nothing but a left leaning (supposedly news) website outlet, but it's nothing but a liberal mouthpiece outlet! I have seen plagiarism, lies and misstatements entered on almost every article its so-called journalist have written. I got to Yahoo.com every day to keep up with all the liberal fake news, reports and witch hunts!

I have been locked out of my yahoo account and no one will help fix the situation. My yahoo account is linked with all of my important information and now I can not get into anything. They are horrible business people and if I knew how they were ahead of time I would have never signed up.

I have had an email address with yahoo since 2000 and I've often used them as a news source, but all they report on anymore is any dirt they can find on the republican party. There are people in all political parties that are corrupt but why only report those on the right? I want to hear it all... the good the bad and the ugly. At least be fair. It's so disappointing that they also got rid of their comment section because people can't even engage on their reporting.

I've had google as my default search engine for 2+ years, nothing's changing there, when suddenly my browser goes to yahoo without me downloading, touching, or otherwise changing my chrome settings. I look this up on google.com to get actually helpful results, and it says I have malware. I've already completely cleared my browser settings, so that's not the problem. I've had the two pinned extensions for years and they haven't affected me. I don't have any other extensions. This is making my computer a) run slower, and b) increase the difficulty of send word documents (as a student) to anyone, saying the link was forwarded to 'null'.

This search engine is equivalent to $#*!ing dieses that latches itself onto your computer and makes you use it I never wanna see a purple Y again it will put me into a rage. I don't see why I would need a monthly subscription to recover my email when i myself can't recover my account. I've been locked out of my account and cannot access the account without assistance, but instead of helping recover for free. You need to pick a monthly subscription of your choice. When Gmail or Hotmail offer free recover. Not saying you need to sign up for a monthly subscription plan for recovering your account. After I heard you need to pick a subscription plan. I was shocked. I can't believe you expect people to sign up for a plan just to keep their accounts, accounted for. You should be ashamed

This is and was the worst experience of my life so i thought then being cussed... hung up on three times and hold for hours and nothing nooo help

Yahoo only provides democratic views with always the right amount of LGBT non interesting stories. Yahoo related stories of the 2% of the population when the rest the 98% would love to see more interesting content, I own a company with over 200 people and we spend over $10M a year on online ads. I will never spend a penny with this company which is obviously completely forgetting the normal people meaning most of the population. Keep going with the non-sense your audience is shrinking everyday anyway!

Called with lack of air flow problem. Air condition company reported breaks in ducts he was told this was not covered. When i called to find out why i was told the ducts were not supported i asked to speak to a manager and was told i needed to file a appeal when i got to speak to a representative he told me the same thing i asked how he know they were not supported he said it was reported by the technician which was not true the people who went out only fill out a computer form. Upon my appeal the representative insisted that it was not supported as the reason for failure
