After chatting online with support regarding the features and limitations of this app, I chose to take the plunge so that I could monitor an employee phone. The app did not upload all calls, it did not record all calls, it did not record all locations, and the phone needed to be rooted to use other services. There were phone calls that I know took place and were never logged on the server. The employee then found out about the app being installed on the phone and deleted it! The website clearly stated that I had a 10-day free trial and within the 10 days I asked for my money back and was told I could only get a partial refund or extension on my year subscription. I am now having to take them to court to get back my $150. Don't fall for it! They're based out of Cyprus, they're not even in the country, do not speak good English, and will fail to address the issues that you have. I emailed them several times and had numerous questions and concerns about the information being incomplete or not there at all, and they would respond days later answering one question and not addressing all the issues. I repeat, don't waste your time! This company is scammers and thieves! They're just about taking your money. The free trial is a gimmick! Once they have your money, you won't get it back!

I tried xnspy during its free trials. I saw the ad on a website and i was like lets give it a try. It was always there in my mind that my kids need to be monitored and a free trial seemed like a nice idea to affirm my status over their spooky behavior. And i was right! Lets not get into what i really found out, but the thing is, we all need to monitor our kids. We, as parents, think only at extremes. Either our kids are the best in the world, or the worst. But the real thing is that, almost all kids are same. They have tendency to go for risky stuff around them and its our job to look after our kids.

Got this app for my son. Everything about this app is nice. It has phone logs monitoring, instant messengers monitoring, emails, browsing history etc.etc. I am really flabbergasted. However i could have given full stars if there would have been a blocking feature. It is still fine with me as i have the remote control feature that can lock my son's device whenever i want.

Well i am quite obsessed with monitoring apps, xnspy seems like a good choice. Its fast, effective and offers a lot of features. It really tells you to parent your kids in this digital world

Don't trust this company.
They are kind of scammer & cheater.
Their service was not working at all, after contacting the company they were helpless.
I have requested for refund but they came back with a statement saying I can have partial refund only!
While in their website they have stated 14 days full refund.

I started using xnspy about a month ago. Initially i just wanted to use the gps system, but they've got lots of other features that really useful as well. I like the gmail reader app in particular because you can see all emails and attachments and make sure your information is safe. The only thing is that i'd like the complete app on the app store.

Can't possibly imagine anything worse than this product and company service.

GPS error gap 10+ meters.
Normal cellphone records takes more than 40 hours to update to dashboard.
Most small records didn't update after 2 days.
App messages: records needed a rooted device, usually cost extra, does not specify cost extra. Does not give detail instruction on installation and the risk of BRICKED device.
Rooted device software crash with their spy app, made device lag 10~20seconds.
States app hidden invisible, but we can see it in plain sight just by opening application manager, easier to use an old anti-spyware app to delete it under 10 seconds.

Worse of all, denial above unreliable features, denial refund, intentionally drag email content to passing their 10th day of full refund.

Brief: not working, lots errors, poor service
