Really good service with lots of features. I bought a one-year subscription and availed their 40% discount offer. Keylogger and live location tracking are my favorite features. Overall, my experience is going well. I like their customer support. The only thing I wish to look in the future is to track more than one device from a single account. I hope you guys will work on that, too. 5 stars for your service.
I used the app and was satisfied, but what I loved most was how great the customer support service is. Customer agents are friendly, well-informed, and thoroughly helpful. I would recommend Xnspy. It is completely safe to use.

For a person like me with no technical background, the app installation was easy. It took hardly 5 minutes to download and set up the app. The whole process was automated. I like its well-designed interface. On a single click, I get all the calls, chats, and other activities happening on my teen's phone. This is what any parent would be expecting from a good parental control app.

Please don't waste money
It's been a year that I have been using Xnspy to monitor my kid's WhatsApp chats. The installation was easy and its control panel is very interactive. On a single tap, I can get all the WhatsApp chats and shared pictures. It offers the best combo of features and pricing. To sum up, I would recommend this parental control app to all the parents. Great service!
I researched "spy" apps for days and decided on Xnspy. What a joke! It lists today, however the calls & messages are dated yesterday. No deleted messages are showing up. It has been a complete waste of my money & time. Don't waste yours!
Xnspy is a blessing for small business. I monitor my employees during office hours more easily as the whole process is automated. The details regarding my employees' calls, emails, and even their GPS location are uploaded immediately. I don't have to wait for the data to upload. The interface is simple, which makes it easy to use for people like me. Features like remote access and geofencing make it worth my 5 stars.
I went through the compatibility page on the website which was very clear about the devices the app would work on. So, when I installed the app, I didn't face any issues. Also, the installation guide on website was very helpful. So far, the app has worked fine. For curiosity's sake, I tried out all the features on an Android phone, and they worked fine. I'm pleased with the app's performance.
I wish I read reviews first before purchasing. Although it has a refund option if done within X amount of days. Which I attempted the VERY next day, mind you. They refused to refund me. They said "you can't just change your mind, that excuse doesn't allow refunds" Which I originally said I changed my mind. Simply because I always believe, "if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all" and I didn't want to say your product sucked and you need to work on it more ya fool. So I kindly responded back, well. I can't really spy or record, also, NOTHING shows up on my dashboard. They came back with a "well you should've seen it says android only, it says on our website, that's kind of your fault. No refund because you can't read our website" it didn't say such things, it said IOS & android capable. I knew arguing would be a waste of my precious time. But I'd like to hope, they scammed me this way, their money will go down the drain as quick a they took it... so they won't be on Forbes magazine in this life this reason. BEWARE FOLKS. I wish I read reviews first.
Hi. I can imagine your displeasure regarding our product and refund policy. However, it was not possible for us to go out of our way to process a refund for you. The reason for drafting and implementing a refund policy is to avoid any arbitrary decisions. On the consumer end, it’s their responsibility to read through terms of use and refund policies that they agree to. The features that you get with an Android subscription are categorically mentioned on our Buy Now page. Here again, you missed reading them out. We have also mentioned all the prerequisites of using Xnspy on an iOS device that you also have to agree to before making a purchase and covered under our “Before you Buy” section. If there had been any room to offer you a refund, we would have done it but it seems like you had missed reading out everything that you should have.
The most amazing feature is the instant notifications, as I don't have to scroll through all the stuff of my kid's phone. I have added specific words and phrases, and Xnspy alerts me whenever he uses those words in texts or emails instantly. The app offers all the claimed features, and it did the job very well. Overall, I am satisfied with the app and signing off this review with 5 stars.
So far this is the best parental monitoring app. I have tried a few apps before, but for the money, Xnspy offers the most features. It has solved all my concerns regarding monitoring my teen's photos, chats, calls, emails, and even browsing history. Installation was simple, and it is easy to use and view all the info that it gathers from my kids' phones.

Long story short I bought the year subscription and the service never worked. I emailed many times to get a refund within the 10 days allotted. My request was ignored and I was always told they could fix it. After weeks and weeks of customer service pushing me off I gave up. When I emailed a month or two later to rectify the situation customer service was even worse. It was like they had my money so why even try. They even admitted to pushing people off until the allotted refund time elapsed. Do not waste your money like I stupidly did!
Would leave a worse review, if possible. The product feature set was not well-advertised. Features I thought were available, were not, and features they claim are available do not work well like they do with competing products. Despite claiming a money back return policy, they would not issue my refund despite many attempts to request it. Different members of support keep replying "please describe your issue" even though I have described it repeatedly. It's a scam backing for a subpar product. I am very disappointed since I had read positive reviews prior to purchase. I am now attempting to get refunded through their biller and if that doesn't work will be refusing the charge on my bank's side. This could have been resolved more efficiently if they would have been willing to follow their own refund policy. I will be posting this on as many review sites as I can find.

Advertisment was fake, none of this is working. It wasnt even indicated that you have to wait 36hrs to update iphone and get a live update. That information wasnt suppose to be kept! With surround recording it was indicated iphone with no jailbreak is included but not! They won't refund a full purchase even if the app does nothing. I asked for a refund and they wont let me, even i say im not satisfied with the service and it was less than 10days they responded thats what i paid for. What a very rude customer service and not even a 24/7 help. I dont know if they block me, i cant find ways to contact these people. Very very poor service! XNSPY if you can read this i want my money back! Waste of time and money!.
All of our features are tested over and over again before they are released, and if it took longer for you to access data from the monitored device, that could be a poor internet connection. In that case, we always suggest waiting a little more. Xnspy has a “Before You Buy” page where we have mentioned all the prerequisites of using Xnspy and also that it could take 24-48 hours for the data to upload to your account. You can not check out on our site unless you accept that you have read our Before You Buy page. We have nowhere mentioned on our Buy Now or any other page that the surround recording works with No Jailbreak. The app is pretty cool in a way that it doesn't stop working even in the absence of an internet connection. It would keep on spying and recording information. And as soon as the monitored phone connects to the internet, you get everything uploaded to your web account.
The best thing about this app is how accurate is this in terms of location tracking. My son has been hanging out with a reckless crowd, and I was suspicious that he was lying to me about his whereabouts. So, it was a great relief to know that I was not wrong, and the app confirmed my suspicions and got me proof.
