Comcast keeps jacking up their prices and gives you NOTHING in return.The customer service sucks.I'm going to Dish once my "contract" ends Screw these ripoffs.I'm a "diamond" member.Never won anything from these crooks

Had no issues with internet when i used them for two years. When I canceled my account and services because I moved they kept charging me for 2 months. I called to remind them that I cancled and that I already made the payments to cancle my services 3 times with in those two months. I'm writing this today because they still have not cancled my services after the 4th time and have charged me a 3rd time. They are extremely difficult to deal with when canceling services. They said that they had bo record of me making payments. So if you go with them keep records of your bank statements. Wish me luck getting this resolved because this is extremely inconvenient and unnecessary.

Terrible service

Spoke with Dagoberto, the representative who attended me when I called, after talking to him who by the way was well uninformed I told him that when I bought the service they informed me that if they sent the technician home they would only charge me if he had to put a new connection, I never signed any receipt where the technician will show me that he was paying for his visit and as by phone they told me that I would only pay if he had to put everything new and I already had the Xfinity connections, because I had used the service before. IN ADDITION, THE QUALITY OF THE INTERNET IS NOT GOOD COMPARING IT WITH AT&T which was my previous provider, for that reason I asked to talk to a supervisor to have a better explanation since Dagoberto told me to go to a store, I never went to a store to request the service, in conclusions it did not happen to me with a supervisor saying that my stocks were not important enough to go with a supervisor. Read I give a Star because I don't feel happy with the internet service I'm receiving.

Not a good choice

I don't recommend xfinity. You end up paying a lot more than you expect. Not worthy. Both the technical service and customer service are frustrating. Not worthy of your money or your time.

Horrible customer service

I have a complaint that I have spoke to MULTIPLE advisors about. I was lied to and recieved false information from the representative that updated my Xfinity internet service under false pretenses.
All I have gotten is the run around from every advisor I have spoke with. All I truly want done is to have someone listen to the recorded conversation between the advisor who changed my subscription and myself. I was in disagreement of the discount he was promising me in the contact that he sent to me to review, because I am already an Xfinity mobile customer and had no intentions of adding another phone line to my account to recieve this discount. He unequivocally assured me that because I was an existing Xfinity mobile customer that I would in fact recieve the $20 per month discount offered and would reflect on my monthly internet billing statement. My soul reason for the original call was to inquire why my bill went from $61 per month up to $78 a month. He then sent me a contract to review that brought my bill up to $82 per month and assured me that the $20 a month discount would apply and bring my internet bill down to $62 per month.
I did not agree to or need an increase in internet speed, which was added and now they tell me the discount does not apply to me, because I'm an existing xfinity mobile subscriber. DUH... That is what I told the advisor when he falsely roped me into an additional fee for increasing my speed.

Xfinity service is not at all what they advertise. Have to run speed test all the time. 400mbs. Then they give you excuses like buy our routers and it will speed up. Not happy at all with there service and rates.

Ne of the few times, I reached a live person who had the empathy to make sure that my issue was at least addressed and heard that as a customer was valued. They patiently listened to my entire issue and offered to help by escalating it to someone of higher power in their department was scheduled to call me back. After I hung up, I logged into my account, and I realized my login took me to an entirely different account, which appeared to be a mother of father and three daughters, whose info I had access to. I had no idea who it was that had access to my account with my personal information.
But if I had never realized, when and what had happened, Xfinity employees would have never figured it out themselves. So I called after a week of trying to get through to someone who would listen. I finally was able to explain. The previous rep made some type of mistake, error, and that I had access to personal information of an entire family. All that was done was that the account corrected and then nonchalant apology.
Prior to fixing the account I made sure to text and call the people on the account and let them know that I had access to the personal information via Xfinity account.

Overcharging

Canceled my xfinity account on October 1st. Xfinity keeps billing me even after cancellation. Turned in equipment and found out that they were billing me for equipment I never had and the xfinity rep at the store looked it up and found out that the equipment I was paying for for almost a year hadn't Even left their warehouse. To make matters worse some of the equipment that was added to my bill was obsolete and they themselves don't even use it. I moved out of my home in October and they are still billing me. I have a bill for oct and November now for service I don't have. Getting this resolved is an absolute nightmare. It's sad really because we are getting ready to move in to our new place and we're gonna use them again. I'm gonna continue to fight this however. It makes me wonder how many of our seniors who don't have the know how are being ripped off. I'm only one of millions of customers. How many people just find it easier to just pay them then to deal with it. How many millions are being exploited and extorted for money this company is not entitled to. I am beyond sickened to think that this is being done to everyday hardworking consumers. Will never put my trust in this company or any other company that comcast is involved with. Absolutely disgraceful

Poor customer service

Very poor customer service, in the live chat they take hours but the problem ìs never solved "SALE OF XFINITY IS A SCAM " I don't even want to give 1star but have to, to write the rewIew **not recommend**

Don't do it

I was assured that the service would work in my area but it does not. I immediately returned equipment in July. It is December and they are still trying to charge me. Had cancel credit card.

I was scammed into signing up before they changed the price on me

I contacted xfinity for deals on internet and was given a promotion for $50/month that should have lasted one year.

Exactly one month after signing up the monthly cost doubled!

I called them and they told me there is nothing they can do since the promotion is over.

Very scammy!

Slowest Service ever

I have 0.9mb/s out of 200mb/s of speed, and a lot of outages, it has a very bad service.
If you can get any other provider do it.

I spoke with a woman named Calandra from Xfinity today. I had a lot of things go bad with Xfinity. Stayed on the phone over 5 hours to get this situation resolved. I finally spoke with Calandra. She put everything at ease. She went above and said to make sure my situation was taken care of. She's a keeper. Thankyou much appreciated

Lies and indifference

I switched to xfinity a month ago and I confirmed that the internet was unlimited many times before switching. After I started using it, they told me that I had a daily internet limit. Is this a joke? And when I talked to the customer representative, they said that they could not help about this issue. If you really want to use the worst internet in America and switch to xfinity and live the regret of your life your are free.

Dishonest practices

I sent in a request to add a business line and I was told over a year ago there was a $7k quote to have it installed and the man named Mark said he would put the ticket in as that cost could be covered by them to get the account going if I signed a two year contract that I agreed to do. A week later some lady from Xfinity called and said it would cost $28k and she said Xfinity would cover $21K of the install and I would have to pay the $7k balance. Xfinity has service at another location 1000 feet away and the $28k sounds like a scam to get me to pay the full cost while making it sound like they are "doing me a favor" It sad not only as they are dishonest but not even smart enough to get their numbers right.

Terrible customer service

I tried to update my credit card information on their website 17 times. It kept me in a loop for the entire time I would put in the information it would take me to pay the bill. I would hit pay the bill and it would take me back to put in your credit card information then when I finally gave up and called them, it took me 20 minutes on the phone to get an actual human being to help me. I will be changing my provider as soon as possible.

HORRIBLE customer support

First, you have to go through 6 or 7 minutes of automated computer hurdles before you can speak to a human.
I moved into a new house. Was told cable boxes would work, just plug and be done.
WRONG!
First box took over 1 hour on the phone with customer support.
Third box, after another hour on the phone, still not working.
She said she would send a technician to fix the issue, but would charge me $100.
They should be paying me for all my time trying to fix their faulty service.
I asked to speak with supervisor, and then the phone call dropped.
How convenient.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Xfinity is a crook. I broke a phone and tried to replace willing to pay full price for a new phone. I was told there was a promotion for a free Pixel 7. I asked numerous of times if ill ever be charged for it and they said no to come to find out, they put a random Galaxy S23 on my line, with a second line and they charged me for the Pixel 7. I'm still going through the mess right now if figuring out why and no one can figure out why the second line was added and why I have the S23 added on my line that I'm paying for when I don't even have the phone. I got all the way up to the executives and all they said is there's nothing they can do for me and I'll have to continue to pay for both phones and lines until the contract ends. What contract? I didn't sign up for a two line contract! I didn't sign up for a S23 payment plan. I'm cancelling my services with this company because they clearly don't know how to run a business
