The worst company ever! I had a FOREIGN REP, to tell me I need pay my bill. It took me a minute to understand she was being rude because of the broken English. Yet the supervisor she transferred me to was no better. They are expensive and doesn't have the best service and on top the disrespect from their representative, it's too much.
Xfinity is a rip off, and I just had a customer service rep. Tell me that when you ask for a Manager they don't put the calls through, I've been waiting on a manager to return my call for 3weeks now,
And I just keep calling, it's their way of stealing money without having to answer for it. I would never recommend their services
Xfinity is a ripoff do not get a cell phone bill with them they are rip off you have to pay a cell phone bill in a cable bill I'm paying over $300 a month and I'm stuck if someone have a better solution please help me!
I recently upgraded from the XB6 to the XB7 and my speeds decreased. I called technical support and the person on the other end asked me to do the very simple basic things like reboot, move modem, what is my laptop, etc., all of which I had already done. Nothing is different from before and my speeds went from 300Mbps to 200Mbps. I plan to switch modems back to a lower plan to get faster speeds :)
Giving them 1 star is a lie, I would give negative stars if possible! Scam to the max. $#*!s always turning my services off when the bill is NOT due or after they APPROVE a payment arrangement. Constantly calling them for millions of issues every week. It takes forever to get in touch with a rep for you to not be able to understand them. I will be contacting my attorney to see if I can legally break the contract. DO NOT go with this scam company!
I live one block away from my major highway or an Xfinity runs their service but every time I call the setup internet they tell me my address is on serviceable but never tell me the reason why or or why they won't service internet and if you look at the lines you can see where it had it TV and internet but they disconnect them and they're just dangling in the air this is one of the most crappiest companies I've ever heard of
Xfinity didn't show up for my scheduled appt from 3-5pm on Friday, 8/12. I took time off of work and didn't even get a courtesy call that they couldn't make it. Spent 45 minutes the next morning unable to reschedule- not sure what the problem was- was told I'd be called back within 24 hours but no one called. Then Spent 50 minutes on Monday unable to reschedule - the rep made an appointment for a day that didn't work for me and then said she couldn't change it since it was already in the system- and was told I'd be called back to fix it, but no one called back. On Friday, 8/19, I made an appointment for a window between 7am-10am today- and again, no one showed up! What the hell. Since the phone route hasn't worked for me, I tried texting with a "supervisor" for 1.5 hours and they insisted my appt was 7am-10pm. 15 hours on a Saturday is an unreasonable window I didn't agree to. He threatened to charge me a fee if reschedule or am not here. Now they're supposed to call me bc I've been "escalated." Yeah, $5 says it won't happen. Also: Four times while I was texted I got a call back from a robot, but when I followed the prompts to
Speak to someone because I was "ready to speak to a representative," it hung up on me, all four times. I asked the texting rep to stay on with me until the call from a local person got in touch with me today. He disconnected our chat. This customer "service" is literally the worst I've ever experienced and I'm almost 50
Agents Rupak, Komal, and more are terrible. Absolutely terrible agents. All of them are bad. I wish you could report agents. If you want help, it's so horrendous. I've actually cried out of pure frustration and anger because I've contacted customer service over 6 times both on the phone and in the chat for one thing and they can't even seem to get that right.
I would suggest to go to another carrier like AT&T because it seems like the only thing they have going for them is the Xfinity hotspots…. Save your money and time please.
Internet constantly down, was just down for 10 hours. The price keeps going up and the service keep going down.
I was a longtime customer since 2009 until now. Customer service is horrible and Fraud Department is worst. They have third world countries working for them that at time of need they don't give not one cent of care for their customers. Hackers have hacked their system and their is absolutely no care for their customers affected. If I could rate a -0- star I would. Do not sign up with this fraudulent company! I have even wrote to the corporate office and have received 0 calls regarding my concerns.

I work from home and I seen a Comcast truck out in front of my home my intuition told me to let them know why you installing someone else Internet please do not interrupt my service and it's rare that I don't follow my intuition do to that just like I said the incompetent technician interrupt my internet service now they have to send a technician out to restore my service tomorrow it's just terrible with Comcast they don't even deserve one star this the second time they did this what is wrong with them why can't they get it together and then when I call customer service and I tell him that my service was interrupted he tells me oh that's great I said what the hell I said sir did you understand what you just said to me my service is not on you saying it's great jacked up customer service come on now got to get it together learn the language
I've only had Xfinity for 9 months. Have had to call at least twice a month to fix their errors on my TV, internet, etc. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. At least 20 minutes and creative answers to even talk to a real person. Such a big mistake on my part to buy their services. This was the first time I've had Comcast/Xfinity in 20 years. Will NEVER deal with this company again.
One can never reach a real person, and if you get one, it's not someone qualified to listen, let alone understand the issue. The app is not stable and often can't register changes and make connections after changing a password easily. Everything takes eternity when it does not work well! UX is dismall. Can't wait to change providers
You can't bring your old phone and keep your old number. Their incompetent employees lied to me for over a month. Then they offered a "free" phone for $55 to make up for it. I already got stuck with an android "free" phone they made me pay for when I tried to bring my old iPhone. I don't need 2 phones. The battery life on the android is a joke. Now I'm stuck with a new number and phone I didn't want. The price for internet and phone is higher than they originally quoted. Bunch of liars!
I got xfinity internet for college. I am a full time student and rely on interent to do my schoolwork, submit assignments. The past 4 days I have had to call in and get my services restored. The first day i owed 0.00 they restored services, next day restored services again. No past due amount. 3rd day, agent credits 80.00 outs meon payment plan to tke care of 36.00 past due that i somehow magically owed in a day, removes all apps from flex and guess what next day, disconnected and now i owe 99.00 past due. This agent says he only can do a payment arrgangement does not even attempt to explain why the interent keeps getting shut off everyday, why the bill was 0.00 then 0.00 then 36.00 then 99 all in 5 days, my g. P. a was a 4.0 before this week now i am getting a D. This is not reliable nor trustworthy i am being lied to, agents are not even trying to help me i am spending evryday for over an hour trying to reconnect my services instead of working on my schoolwork i am failing class now because of this so its costing me a lot of money this customer service is non exsistent and i keep getting disconnected eery day without an explination why
I have been in an endless feedback loop of trying to log into my account. Their website has made me place my order TWICE, and once I do it kicks me out of my account and I can't log back in. Every SINGLE. TIME. I have tried to log into my account to see my orders it says "Hmm. This page didn't load correctly", no matter where I am, what device, etc I have tried to access my account probably 30 times in the last week with no luck! I am LIVID.
As a brand new customer, I am less than satisfied with how I have been treated by Xfinity! I bundled land line, internet, and TV service. I was told via phone by the rep. That there would be no installation fees/charges. I'm now being billed $39.99. (LIE # 1). The installation tech. That came out, spent 5 hours at my home, with 2 TV's not getting Xfinity service when leaving. The tech. Said to buy any ROKU devices and they will allow my 2 TV's to get Xfinity service. (LIE # 2) There are only certain ROKU's that are compatible with Xfinity streaming Beta. The tech. Said that within 2 weeks that the orange cable he laid on the ground from the outside box to my home would be buried. (LIE # 3). When contacting Xfinity customer service they indicated that the tech. Never put in a request to have the cable buried which was a month a go. My $140.00 bill is now $200.00. We are guessing that based on Xfinity's actions that they in fact do NOT want our business, as actions speak louder than words.
