The lights did not fit the way I would've liked. After install they do look much better than stock just wish they would've fit in the housing better.
I had to go back and try to delete my order before the process would continue to check out. I tried the live support but never got a reply.

Bulbs are able to spin unlike a factory replacement bulb that does a half turn and 'locks' into place.
Keep in mind the size of these bulbs due to the cooling fan you will most likely need to do some trimming in order to get the bulbs to clear headlight housings.

I had an issue with the led headlight kit which I discussed in great detail with Dale. The led's would not fit my truck, I sent Dale a picture and he informed me that my only option was to return the led's, which I did. After returning the led's I had another question, this time I communicated with Kevin, he asked why I was returning the led's and I told him the story. He then informed me that all I had to do was remove the glass from the led's and they would fit. Had Dale told me this I would have saved myself the expense of returning the led's and I would have my truck back together and running eliminating much grief over this experience. My truck is still apart waiting for the delivery of led's from a different company, this has been going on for almost a month.
The expense of returning the product plus the charges incurred by you to return the product have cost me a lot of money and grief.

So far so good the lights came in and I have yet to install but all looks to be well and in tact.
The site is easy to navigate and full of information. I will return after I receive the product!
Update: These lamps are fantastic. Installation was a bit of a pain on my vehicle, but not due to the product itself. Access to my headlights are through the wheel well. I am satisfied with my purchase though. When I decide to upgrade my high beams, it will be done through XenonPro.

Great website, fantastic packaging but terrible instructions and horrible wiring diagrams. I ordered both high and low beam HID headlights and I have no way to tell which is which.
Fast shipping and easy to talk to. The return process is extremely convoluted and expensive. So get the right part the first time.
