Only ordered from this website because a friend of mine had ordered here before and because it haad a 50% discount going on. Tried contacting customer service before ordering and had no luck. After placing my order in early April, I was told that the product would be arriving within 2-3 business days and no longer than a week. However that was not the case, it took them from April 9th all the way to April 17th to EVEN GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER which in it self was already a week of waiting. Then for the next three days my order status did not change at all so I once again contacted their customer service... All I was told was it will once again arrive at my door steps in 3 business days and it took them until April 21th for me to get another update saying it would be delivered to my doorsteps by the end of day... Seemed pretty good until I waited... and waited... and waited... eventually getting a notification from the post office saying they are going too ACTUALLY DELIVER THE PRODUCT ON APRIL 25th INSTEAD TO THE COMMUNITY OFFICE. As for the actual headlights, I was first unsure of if the performance of multi sided headlights would be good in my projectors and that turned out to be a nightmare, worse than my oem halogens, and the beam pattern was pretty much non existent and only laminated the ground no more than TEN FEET in front of my vehicle which was unacceptable... Will never buy these led headlights again... Will consider buying GTR Lighting 2's in the future but definitely no more multi-sided headlights...

The reason for the low ratings are because online said Free two day delivery, I placed my order on 04-08-20 and ended up getting my order on 04-15-20. That's misleading. The product came with no clear instructions because when connected the lights it didn't work the first time because apparently I had connected the wrong way first for lack of clear instructions and ended blowing out the turn signal. Overall the lights look decent. No one's perfect and I hope you guys improve so everyone is happy.

The vehicle selection guide gave me led packs that don't work on my vehicle at all, thanks duct tape. I paid upwards of $160 for lights that didn't even look like what the website showed at checkout. In a matter of a couple months one bulb started burning out and the protective glass shield on the other shattered inside my lamp housing. Even if the customer service were going to be friendly and accommodating, and even if there were no fees associated with replacing them (which according to other reviews I've seen I can't expect) at the end of the day I don't want these lights in my truck. $40 later on ebay and I'm much happier... and after potential restocking fees and return shipping for what could be one of many replacements, I probably saved a ton of money by going a different route.
