The lights are bright, but overall projection is weak. I'm wondering if i ordered the correct bulb for my head lamp. Could someone please call to discuss.
I ordered the low beam led headlights for my trailblazer ss, I had to do some trimming on the headlight housing to make them fit, overall I'm pleased with the brightness of the light. I'm thinking about ordered the high beams or fog lights next.
Great product easy to install. Can't wait to use them
Shipping took too long but it wasn't your fault. Lights work okay, glass shattered on one bulb prior to arrival where I was then instructed I can remove it. Other light shattered in the headlight now so I had to remove it and vacuum some of the glass out however pieces still get stuck in the shutter not allowing the high beam shield to go back down.
I worked with a Customer Representative named David E. He was very helpful in in explaining how to potentially exchange an item.
Shipping was okay, price was okay, product is okay, runs warmer than expected.
Customer service was bad not helpful
When I open the package the anti flickers just fell out of the box we're not wrapped in anything for damages nothing.these lights also do not fit my vehicle

Quick, easy, reasonable pricing. Only issue I had was that my car (2019 Hyundai Veloster) doesn't use the conventional latch system for H7 bulbs. I had to buy an adapter piece off Amazon, but overall, the lights are bright and true to the color I ordered!

I purchased a newer vehicle. Having previously had HID lights I wanted to upgrade. I picked out a kit and selected the options desired. Just that easy... Arrived speedily with all components present.
My next project is to retrofit projectors into the OEM headlamps. XenonPro.com has a good selection of products with a great warranty and easy to work with support folks. That's been my experience.

Purchasing a product and dealing with XenonPro was the worst customer service I have ever had. The products that I received did not work for my vehicle and then when I tried to contact them to address the issue I was told the only contact form that was available was through a chat format and that I could not talk to someone personally. The response I received was unsatisfactory and I was even treated rudely and unprofessionally. They advertise 100% satisfaction and then hide behind a chat service that does not allow you to speak with someone and personally discuss your needs. I also contacted the new customer phone line that they do have and tried to discuss my concerns with that person but was told they only handle orders. Interesting that they will allow you to talk to someone to order their product but after the sale good luck. And then even the live sales person ended up being rude and disrespectful as well. Never again will I purchase anything from this company.
Awesome! Products and services. Just one issue. As I removed one of the fog lights from its box the glass cylinder and the little cap that holds it together over the LEDs fell off. The glass cylinder shattered when it hit the floor. I have requested a replacement glass cylinder and haven't received any response. I will be glad to update this when the issue is resolved.
