I bought at the right time when there was 50% off. The delivery was super fast into Canada. The one issue with the product that I found to be cheapen was the plug in connector from Xenon product to the car's plug. It has two pins that needed to be inserted and taped into the car's connector. Other HID system has a connector plug to plug into the car's connector instead of pins which needed to be taped. The lights I ordered was suppose to be 5000k. When compared to my other HID system this one looked bluer. I'm not sure if they sent me 6000k because they were out of stock.
One of the glass cover was broken, but I couldn't tell if it was a temporary protector or something that needed to stay, the instructions were rather vague.
Overall I am throughly impressed with the products performance, price was not a factor so I really didn't care too much about the price.
The color is great, we'll see how long they last. As I had issues with the halogen bulbs in the past.
Products did not work. I had to pay for the return shipping for someting that did not work so I am out money not good at all. The product looks great though I really wanted it.

The only problem I have with this company is when you have an issue with an order, you can't talk to anyone. "Chat only ". The only response to an email is to go to "Chat ". I have tried three chats so far and haven't been able to get my issue resolved.
Easy to navigate, love they have customer service available 25/7, and great products!
