It was really good

5000k color bulb is more bluish than other 5000k bulbs I received from other company's. 5000k should be white. Bulb filament seems to be flickery (wiggly) when driving down the road.

Online help was slow but it did help in the long run

Information was easy to find. The fact that the car make/model/year can be searched is a great help.

Your return policy sucks and needs to be improved I order high and low beams the high beams did not work so I have been trying to return them and have not been getting much help and I had to pay the return shipping and a restocking fee that is steeling if you ask me and I will not recommend to friends and I am part of a very big car club so we will find some where else to buy from

Website easy to use. Product instructions were inadequate. Please provide complete instructions in english not chinese english. I have doubts about the quality of the product and whether it will make Lucas (prince of darkness) electrical components look good. Certainly not German quality - which was what I was expecting.

Talked to a sales rep was a little worried about spend the money as the kit I need was not cheap. But after talking to him I felt assured about this site.

Good all on all, but the instructions are written in poor English and don't cover all aspects of the installation. YouTube was a better help.
