It is difficult to differentiate the wattage rating of the bulbs. It is written small on the side of the wiring. Thankfully it was marked. I can see how people can find it difficult to find. Also when I first installed the bulbs they did not turn on. I found out it is because the polarity of the vehicle is opposite of what the connectors require. I had to flip over the connectors to get the lights to work. When they are flipped over the latching device is not in use. After I figured that out the lights worked beautifully!
The website has been very easy to use, very easy to find the right products for my vehicle. The website also offers a lot of information on the differences in the type of bulbs, very good information for anyone not sure about switching over to hid's or led's. Great prices and great overall website.
Great lights took two weeks to get order
The only issue I have is that I paid for 2 3 day shipping and it still took a week. The same as if I didn't pay the extra 10 bucks. Besides that the leds are better than expected. I also just finished purchasin another set for my car.
Help while ordering was excellent! I love the LED's, BUT I'm very disappointed with the information given by the site. First, these are not plug and play, they must be plugged in backwards to have the correct polarity to light the LED's, had to go to the dealer to find this out... if I'd been warned, I could have done this myself and saved $77...
Also, there was no warning about how the interference from the LED drivers would affect my car radio. No stations could be hear after the install. The fix is quite easy and cheap... just add interference " ferrite chokes " on the driver wire where it plugs into the car power plug, get large ones and loop through them as many times as you can, while still being able to snap closed the chokes closed.
If warned, I still would have made the purchase, but I could have saved many research hours and money. More importantly, I would have much more respect for the site... I like honesty. By the way, the sale will not end when it says...typical dishonest ploy to get the sale quick.
8 of my neighbors want LED's but none will order from this site...
Not as focused as I had hoped. Overall they are brighter for sure and the light they produce is a lot cleaner, but the light seems to just spray out in all directions. Also the difference between low and hi beams is minimal.
I would like to see a description of the high and low operation of the bulb and a chart comparing the lumens to stock/OEM.
Even though I purchased the 35 watt H13s, the low beam seems weak. Also, the light line between high and low beam seems defused, not as sharp as OEM lights. I had to make considerable adjustment to the height of the low beams to put them back to correct alignment.

First order...easy to place order...hopefully easy to replace. Update is easier to order than replace. A lot of additional wiring to contend with but the results were a huge improvement. There was some disassembly/assembly. Highly recommend just on a safety level.
Have always been very interested in HID ever since they started appearing on vehicles but cost and especially the process always kept me at bay. I absolutely LOVE led lighting and literally become more excited whenever I see streetlighting being converted than most people would for getting a great raise at work...I know I am weird! However I have recently become very interested in led headlights and foglights. I love the 6000k area with the slight blueish white but have been actually looking for a 2500-3000k yellowish type for my fogs and this is the only place I have been able to find that type of led bulbs for the fogs, esp that seem to be of decent quality. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I am just as pleased when the actual products I ordered actually arrive and get installed.

Having issues with LED causing interference with car radio. No explanation or fix offered. Return policy of 20% is a rip off if system doesn't work or no fix offered.
Very user friendly to make a purchase. Although the bulbs distort my radio so that I can not pick up a clear signal.

If I was to do this again I would get the 45 W versus the 35 W bulbs. Unfortunately there is no way to tell that the 35 W is just not bright enough. However they are radically brighter than the stock headlights which did virtually nothing on my car.
Very good website, easy to decide on what product is required to purchase. One light had a broken lens which is being replaced by vendor. Need better installation instructions for different vehicles. Lights do work well once everything is assembled properly and installed with right polarity. I would purchase again.
Lamps arrived but lens were cracked, ordered replacement lens still have not received them yet..
