I bought headlights and fog lights for a 2014 Ram truck. I ordered cancelers for both sets per the website instructions. Evidently the fog lights do not need the canceler because they did not ship one and I installed the lights without and they have worked perfectly. I did have to call in order to get a refund on the missing canceler that was not automatically issued.

Also, Installation was a bit tricky because the polarization is not marked on any of the plugs and they will install in either direction into both the cancelers and the truck wiring. So there were several attempts at swapping plugs over and over between 2 headlights and 2 fog lights before finally finding the correct combination of positive on the bulb + to positive on the canceler + to positive on the truck.

Over all the lights have performed fantastic, and look great.

My problem was with the person I was chatting with or trying to chat with. I had a asked 2 questions then I waited and waited probably 30 minutes. I finally said this was ridiculous and he finally responded and said I hadn't asked a question. After that the chat went fine and he answered all my questions.

The lights came as stated on time and in good condition. It took maybe 10 minutes to install them and all went well for about 30 sec. Then the warning light came on. According to your web site my car wasn't listed as one that needs the warning eliminator device. The warning light goes out after a minute. From then on it's sheer joy, the lights are truly amazing. It's like I have a whole bank of lights across the front of my car. I am so pleased, I can finally see where I'm going. I only wish I had done this a few years ago.

Well i received my items,in 7 working days not 3 to 5 as you advertise and when i received them i installed them to find out that three out of the four bulbs didn't work,so i have e-mailed to see if your company is going to stand behind your product as of yet i have not had a response on sending me new bulbs.I need
2 x 9005 and 1 x 9006 and yes i have checked to make sure that all the other components work.
I am not really happy with my whole shopping experience.

Finding what I was looking for was quick and easy. The proof will be in the quality of the product when received.
The lights arrived on time and were quite easy to install. Unfortunately, but way the LED illuminates was not compatible with the reflector housing in my 2012 Chevy Cruze. The light output was bright and the color was good (6000k), but as the low beam only illuminates the right side (when viewed from the front of the vehicle) of the light housing, and the way the light bounced around in the car's light reflector, the low beam had no cutoff any more - shining a big circle of light. This both blinded oncoming traffic and did not place the light where needed, on the road. No fault of the lights - they worked as advertised, but did not provide safe usable lighting in the vehicle.
The return is currently in progress.

Okay so I was very nervous to start with when I tried the 24/7 chat offered and there was not a real person to answer my questions, but I still ordered hoping that this company was legit. I ordered but wanted to add something to my order, I called about 6 times and got a recording, I then looked up the address of their U.S warehouse and it was a residential neighborhood. I then emailed and requested the cancellation of my order because I was confident that this was a scam. They emailed back immediately (funny when you threaten to report them to the BBB they respond quickly) and told me that it had already left the warehouse. I received the product on time to my shock and had the high beam and low beam installed on my car. Let me tell you, I was completely wrong about this company, sure they might be horrible at timely customer service but the LED headlights are amazing, I've had them for about 2 weeks now and both the low and high beams have made a huge difference. It makes my car looks so much more expensive then it actually was. I'm confident that if I ever do have a problem I will eventually get a replacement.
