Fog lights were great, now going to get headlights... received headlights paid for express shipping... never got it. They did refund the difference but had to wait 7 days with a burnt out light. Good product but expensive
There were a couple of minor issues with the order. The first was that the bulbs that came in the kit were in protectors marked 4300K the order and the kit boxes specified 5000K bulbs. The second issue was that the 9006 kit was an opened package as received and one of the bulbs is missing part of the connector on the black wire. I talked to a customer support tech named Louis C after considerable communications issues he had assured me that the bulbs were in fact 5000K and that the protectors were wrong and that he would send me a replacement bulb for the incomplete one in the 9006 set. I have yet to recieve this replacement part and would like a follow up call from a person high enough up the management chain to be able to deal with these issues promptly and effectively. I have a transcript of my chat with Louis C and can provide it if necessary.

I was going to buy from local store but decided since bulb replacement is such a pain, 3rd time in 2 years, lets wait and do this LED conversion, anxious to see how well they swap out and work. Made the install, other than the pain of accessing headlights on 2006 cad sts, the swap was relatively easy, however the protective lens around the led had to be removed in order to fit in the headlight, I hope this won't be an issue. Otherwise, lights work great so far!
