Easy site to work with and live chat was most helpful. After receiving my shipment installation was a little rough as directions were a bit hard to comprehend. I suppose there is a little lost in interpretation as I'm sure this product is from China.

Provide detailed directions for vehicle specific applications that are easy to read and understand for "not the most tech savvy" of customers.

Good site easy ordering i was a little disappointed on the instructions for the headlights they did not show on come with any clips to keep the bulbs in place. The driving lights fit nicely and locked in no problem but something was definitly missing for the headlights

Because of the conversion from USD to CAD and an unexpected "finance fee" I paid quite a bit more than I expected. The "finance fee" may be card specific though, I am unfamiliar with those details. I also only gave 5 stars for my satisfaction of products/services because I haven't yet installed my H4 HIDs. But when I do I imagine they will be 5 star worthy.

Received order in a timely fashion. Only problem was the headlights I ordered were not as bright as the other 8000k bulbs I have purchased before. They still are much better than stock halogen, just not as bright as I would have liked. Great seller and service though. Will buy from again with the above issue in mind.

Our technician could not get one of the bulbs to work properly, so we did not complete the install.

The live chat reassured I had what I needed good experience I fabricated brackets to put all the relays, controllers and ballasts on, it took a bit longer to install but when finished very happy the one improvement I would like to see would be a sealed waterproof power lead were the fuse is in

Same lights I took out but with a different controller. Paid 49.99 for the first pair let's hope these last twice as long.

Louis C. Was quick to respond and simplified the process. Thanks! Louis was great. But the light do not work with the extra part that your site said I needed. Also, my OEM lights had a dust shield, and now that I installed the led, I like the LED, but it caused another problem, that will eventually cause the LED investment to be worthless. Am I missing parts/directions here? I feel cheated.

They shoes up on time and exactly what I ordered but after a week of them being in I have one burnt out haven't found out if it's a bulb or ballast. But everything was what they said it would be

Very happy with the service I received. I had an issue with one the lights after two weeks which was very frustrating. I have a new bulb on the way I believe which is free of charge, but I hope that solves the issue.
