GLASS ON ONE OF LEDS IS BROKEN WHAT CAN I DO?

Simple process and a great product

The only complaint that I would have is that the instructions are not very clear. I tried to call for support and was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up.
I finally figured out how to install the lights, and they work beautifully! I would highly suggest rewriting the installation instructions.

Great price. Great product. Amazing light output and I don't get flashed by oncoming traffic.

The only thing that I have negative to say was when I received my brand new LED headlights one of them was DOA and I had to reach out to customer support for a replacement. They were however absolutely amazing getting me a new one right away as well as a shipping label and packing slip for the defective return! Other than 1 hiccup awesome service. I look forward to fully kitting both my wife's daily and my show car!

I received the led light, Fast shipping. The Led Light they are not bright that I thought. I added another order with HID light to see the different.

The Led light that I brought is 35w for Ram 1500 proyector Headlight low beam.

It was fine...

Bought a set of these for my 14 Silverado. At night these are terrible! Hardly brighter than daytime running lights. The fog lights are way brighter, in fact you could hardly see at 100kph if the fog lights weren't on. Tried their only form of customer service, the online chat, and ZERO response. All of the positive reviews must be fakes, DO NOT BUY THESE!

Haven't installed yet but everything seems easy to set up.

Waste of money. Customer service didn't help

Took me several times to get the check out confirmed,
Headlights don't fit, customer service does not respond.
If I don't get a response on my RMA request by Tuesday, I will post me experience in each and every blog...

Not a easy swap with halogens. You will have to find your own adapter to fit leds.

Purchased $100.00 set of lamps with lifetime warranty. Lamp only lasted 16 months. When you purchase, shipping free with option to upgrade to Express Delivery for $9.95. When you warranty claim they jump your shipping to $19.95. These high price lamps no better than the cheaper ones. Need to remove "Satisfaction Guaranteed".

Never got a response about needing to do a return

Shopping experience was quick and easy... like how you ask for type of vehicle first then show everything for that search! Hope I love this product! However I did expect them to be slightly brighter
