Very user-friendly website plus being able to chat with an online expert was a big plus and helped me to confirm what I needed.

When my product arrived it included no installation instructions. Although I was told (prior to my purchase decision) that this was a plug and play solution--it wasn't. I had to modify the dust boot on my 2002 Toyota 4Runner Limited to make the new bulbs fit the space and continue to provide some level of dust protection (which there is a lot of in this part of the world). I had to invent a mechanism to hold he dust cover in-place once I modified it to accommodate the new light bulb assembly. Now, I'm wondering if the light has ventilation needs that I am unknowingly violating with the dust boot placement. I guess I'll find out in a few months. The other disconcerting aspect of these lights is an apparent flicker. If you look at th light straight on, you don't see i. But, if you look at the light from the corner of your eye, then you see a pronounced flicker in the headlight.

The led bulbs had cracks in the outer led cover (glass). After install it in, the cover has cracked more further and collapsed inside the headlight assemble.

The led is so bright. Very nice! I decided to go for a drive. I could not see what's on my road but can see reflection for miles and miles. Those led lights are like floodlight without any spotlight.
It was no good for my early morning drive. I took them off and ordered premium halogen bulbs. Much much better.
Lastly, I doubt led bulbs are designed for my halogen assemble. Halogen is a spotlight and it shine the road. Led does not. Disappointed.

Just installed and appear to be a good quality product. Instructions that come with the kit are TERRIBLE! Poor grammar (obviously written by someone from a non-English speaking country and poorly converted to English), and poorly explained. Very small images to assist in how the wires go together. I struggled a bit even with a magnifying glass.

I did speak to customer service located in Montreal to get more info on the product. The person I spoke with was English, spoke well, was courteous and helpful.

Kit came with everything needed for install, install was as easy as it could be, 5000k is a tinge blue so if you want pure white make sure you go 4300k, not as bright as I originally thought the 55w Kit would be so a little disappointed there especially for the price but still a huge upgrade over the factory Ram halogens. On the plus side they heat up very fast, probably come on at 80-85% brightness right when they're turned on and go to full brightness within 20 seconds.
