I received and attempted to install the lights. One of the lights was apparently partially broken when I attempted to install them and one of the tabs on the bulb snapped off. XenonPro shipped new ones out asap to replace the defective one. They are now installed and working very well.

Site & pricing a bit confusing. Right side H11 fog light bulb could not be installed - too long. Canceled did not do as advertised - get warning mess'g Low beam not working (9012 H/L bulb). Car is a 2015 Dodge Dart Rallye.

Easy to navigate website. I think the product is excellent. My wife ordered it for Christmas but she ordered the wrong item. When calling for customer service after trying to complete the return on my cell phone. I was told that I would have to correct the problem on my cell or find a computer. Seems a little unprofessional and after calling back the just hung up on me. Live an learn and I hope my customers, that may be reading this, realize the value in service.

I placed my order and received the product very quickly. The staff was very professional and courteous. My problem is that the product could not be installed in my application. The securing ring on my particular vehicle will not fit over the product therefore cannot be installed. I assume the product would have worked but without being able to install them I cannot say for sure. I have not had time to contact the company yet for a solution but have every confidence that when I do things will be taken care of if at all possible. BTW-I ordered two 9004 replacement headlights for a '98 Dodge RAM pickup.
