I was looking at another company and was having trouble selecting the product and I got very agitated. I gave up after 1 hour. I was pleased with how quick I placed the order.
The item I was prompted to order based on my vehicle model and year was not accurate. I ended up purchasing items that did not fit on my vehicle and caused a fair amount of hassle at the mechanic. I assume there was just a glitch on the website, but considering the price of the item, I was dissappointed.

ORDERING IS EASY
The overall quality of the standard LED lights is acceptable. However, i would be very hesitant to purchase the colored lenses. Unless you purchase the higher KW bulbs you will very poor visibility (low or high beam). We pulled the purple lenses off after about a week. When we pulled off the purple lenses, one of the them was broken (they are glass covers). I attributed this to the poor fitment as the purple lenses were much shorter than the factory installed clear lenses which inadvertently allowed the lens to move back and forth and not fit snug. Overall, the standard LED lights with factory lenses are now working as advertised with good visibility.

Website was easy to navigate But customer service is terrible. I called and got hung up on and then I emailed never got a reply back. I also used the chat on their website but no one ever replied. Terrible, terrible service for what I paid for the product.
Really happy with the quality of the product. Very bright I was impress with the LED head and fog lights and was just as bright as my other car's HID.
Heard positive remarks about lights and the company. Looking forward to installing new lights.

I paid for express shipping and it took several days longer than expected. Once we got the product we had an issue with flickering bulbs when turned off and had to "rig" them to work properly
Purchased these for my car a year ago and now getting for my daughter's car. Installed in less than 10 minutes. Love them!
By mistake ordered the HB and LB. LB was not available on the website for this model. The RMA process started off slow with Louis C, however Kevin W picked it up and was very helpful. When I was ready to ship the return back on Monday, the chat responses from Louis C were unintelligent and not at all helpful.
The lack of the LB item I needed not on the website, yet available and the poor CS from Louis C changed my ratings.
