The lights look great and shipping was extremely fast. I had a set on order from a competitor site that promised shipping in 3-5 days. Once I placed the order I was immediately informed they were experiencing significant delays. With no lights after 3 weeks, I cancelled the order and ordered from Xenon Pro. I confirmed shipping times via online chat with a sales rep and they promised the order would be shipped within 24 hours. IT WAS! I received the lights 2 days after that. Outstanding!

The lights fit perfectly in to the sockets of my truck. They're bright and crisp. Live support was very helpful with one issue that turned out to be a missing step in the instructions, removing a protective cover that looked like it was part of the bulb.

Website listing for 2020 Ford Expedition with Halogen headlights gives improper bulb type for both low and high beam. Low beam projector is 9005 and High beam reflector is H11. Your listing is reversed. Caused a lot of confusion. Also the fog light listing is incorrect. Fog light is an H8. Please correct you website.

I purchased high and low beams for my 2014 Silverado. The instructions on how to install might as well say, "take the old light out and put the new one in." I tried for an hour or so to get the bulbs in without any luck. Ultimately, I took off the grille and uninstalled the headlight housing assembly. With unobstructed access, I figured the install would be simple. Not so. It is absolutely impossible to install the bulbs and close the dust cover due to the cooling fins being too large. Not to mention that even if the light itself fit, the amount of cable and the anti-flicker unit that would be have to be tucked in behind the light would also be impossible clearance issue to reconcile. I attempted to contact the company by phone and found that you aren't able to speak to a real person. I entered a live chat with "Kevin" and his ultimate answer to my question if they were aware of this clearance issue and could they offer a workaround; was that Xenonpro only guarantees that the bulbs will fit the stock mechanism that locks them in place. Not the housing, and not behind the dust cover. He then offered the pre-scripted nonsense that I should look into taking my truck to a performance shop because, "they are good at this sort of thing." Folks, this company is going to take your money and give you absolutely nothing in return.

The headlights that I got will only work for my brights not my low beams, even though it says hi and low beam headlights.

Adveetused as a kit for a motorcycle, it is clearly a kit for a car or track due to lenght of wires and the way the power relay is setup.
It is clearly designed for a 2 headligjt assembly and I had ti retrofut the wires so it would reach my battery.
Also I had to cut out the wires for the second headlight because did not have extra space on the bike to coil it.
Total assembly time 6 hours.
Also, after I purchased the HID kit for my motorcycle, I realized I never cgecked the box for the power relay harness which left me to think that I was not going to get one and needed to order it.
So I called customer service and the agent never told me that one came with the kit and since my order was processed, I could not add to it so ge told me to put in a second order for the power relay harness.
I ended up with an extra power relay harness and don't need it. I requested a RMA but the process is slow going
