The wiring harness direction for installing is fine but you need to include how to install the Canceler/Anti-flicker into the harness as well if certain vehicles have to have it. I had to look on youtube to find out where and how to plug in correctly.
Was Not "plug and play" as stated. Have to rig up the snap spring on the back if headlight to fit over fan.
