Great experience with Xenon Pro LED'S
I never received a confirmation email of my order nor did i get a receipt. After reaching out via chat, i was told to email or contact the office during business hour. When I emailed during business hours I was told to go to the site and chat the request. Oh well at least the product showed up on time as promised and the lights are awesome.

Very good quality
Product came quickly. Low beams flicker and go out, even with the antiflicker boxes that I ordered. Tech support started off strong but became slow to respond and eventually told me to turn off my drl system, which I can't easily do on my truck. It needs to be reprogrammed to accept the bulbs. In the process of taking bulbs in and out to check and swap antiflicker boxes etc, I ended up breaking the glass housing on one bulb so I'm back to my original bulbs now...
The lights are definetly brighter than standard lights. But only cast light out to the side of the car not out towards the road in front of you. We tried flipping lights upside down to help this issue but still no luck.
I want to return them. All of them...

One day shipping was like 3 days and paid extra which got refunded finally at least. Costumer service horrible told to look up on google on how to get the headlights to work. Didn't work and returning and getting charged restocking fee of 20% for a product that wouldn't work for my 15 Sierra and didn't have the ability to get the patrts I needed to make them work either. Overall experience was horrible. Can't talk to anyone on the phone or through email only live chat which anyone with a job that doesn't involve sitting at a computer all day this don't work. Returning and ordering from somewhere with all the parts needed.
