The installation was quick and easy, the lights work great.
I received the led lights about four or five days after I ordered them online. I opened the box and noticed right away the glass on one of the bulbs was broken. So I tried to call the phone number on the web site to let them know my product was broken. The phone just rang and rang and no one answered. So I sent an email to shipping to let them know what was going on. They responds was that I needed to email the customer department. So I emailed them. I didn't receive an email back in a few days. So I sent another email again. Still have no heard back from anyone and that has been three weeks ago. I would like for them to just send a replacement.
So no I don't think I will use them again. I spent $167 and got something that is broken. So it was a waste of money that I can't afford to waste.
Shipping was fast, and the headlights are of exceptional quality. They have made a tremendous difference in my visibility on the road. Thank you!
Great product. I had the HID's before worked great!
The lights that I received were not the correct lights for my car. They were certainly not plug and play as represented. I tested back and fourth with an online chat guy and he asked me to take the lights to a car headlight professional and he said that they would be able to install the lights, that was not the case. They said the lights did not fit the car and they could not help me.
I tried to send an email requesting a return authorization number and a credit but was told to go back and deal with the online chat guy again. It was very easy to purchase the lights but after that the experience has been awful. I would never buy from Xenon Pro again and would certainly not recommend them to a friend. I would just like to send them back and receive a full credit. Thank you.

I have been trying to make contact for a month now, this means I will have to eat nearly $600. Worth bulbs.

Great value for the money
I received my order in great time! But when I pulled the fog lights out of the box to install them, the glass was broken on the light. Now after having them in for 2 weeks or so, even more glass has broken off the light and is now sitting in my fog light housing. Overall performance of the lights are great. Not very satisfied with the quality of product though.
They are not plug n play as advertised I spent 2 hours modifying my truck to get them in on jusg the one side broke 1 while attempting to install and have not been able to get any response from support as to why they wont work
