Site was easy to use, but it very disappointed in the brightness of the lights they are very dim and I was expecting them to be a lot brighter. My stock halogen lights are brighter than the leds that I purchased from you guys

I've already requested someone contact me to discuss the options for returning or exchanging for something different. They are not brighter then my original lights and make it difficult to see the roadway at night. I'm disappointed greatly by the product.

Easy purchase process and good part picker to make sure the right items were purchased.

I took for ever to get my lights and then when I get them and want to talk to someone I can't. Your customer service is very poor.

Easy to find replace bulbs

These lights were anything but plug and play! Nothing fit properly. The locator tabs were in the wrong position. One of the lights would only flash on for a second and then go out.When I talked to the chat line on the site they could nothing for me they wanted pictures. Then when I called they basically called me a liar. This is the worst service I have ever received

I purchased the highest power led to get the best performance however they really do not seem really bright?

Guys, you addressed my purchase to the wrong address. Rhe package was delayed and I missed my auto appointment. If not for FEDEX diligent efforts, over $200 hard earned dollars would have fallen into the hands of someone else. I don't have money to throw away like that. Please take care in addressing packages. Was happy with the customer support agent - Kevin. Kevin was help, however the other people I spoke with Luis was terribly bad, no customer service skills, very rude.

Also, I was not told the price is in USD, until I checked my credit card statement.

Delivery was fast, and the product arrived in good condition. However upon installation, a piece of plastic broke off on one of the lights that fastens it to the vehicle bulb housing. I had to find a way to secure the bulb so it wouldn't fall out. The product could be made more durable in my opinion.

Recieved lights relatively fast but the lights dont even work...

Customer service refused to help me, they said i need to use the website chat which never responded and the message dissapears after refreshing the site... no help at all.

So far so good...will wait to see product before further comments.
