Ordering was easy. However when my package arrived I couldn't get it to work properly and couldn't get in touch with anyone for help. My lights flickered and turned off. Problem with the computer even with the error correction capacitors installed. Had to reinstall my old HID wiring harness with the resistors and used new lights. Not a good experience with your company.
I paid extra for next day delivery and it took over 1 week for me to receive the order. I was promised a refund of the extra money I paid for rush delivery but have yet to see that refund. My experience when talking on chat to your reps was very poor. I prefer a real phone conversation with a reral person.
PRODUCT PURCHASED WILL NOT FIT WITHOUT EXTREAME MODIFICATION TO THE HEADLIGHT HOUSINGS. HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Only issue I had was the pop up "how may we help you" didn't reply. Granted it is a Sunday, so I'm guessing that's why. However other online site also have the popup but notify you they are off line. A minor issue.
Bought LEDS for my 2004 duramax... the bulb socket was correct but in no way would fit between the housings and headlight bracket... super unimpressed. Emailed customer support and got nothing back
