I ordered all of the correct lights for my car, but the H16 bulbs for my driving lights had a different plug. I had to pay the shipping to return them, even though it was not my mistake. I was disappointed by this. I feel the company should have given a paid return shipping since I wasn't notified of the different plug type on the site. The return was processed quickly, and I was refunded the purchase price quickly, but it cost me $11 to return the parts, of which I was not reimbursed.

Other than the customer service issue/return policy, I'm satisfied with the remaining products. They look great, and work great.

I really like the bulbs. The color temperature is very good. They are very bright and shine out very far.

As a comparison on the high beams. It appears they they illuminate much more area and a re much brighter than halogen bulbs. I believe they don't shine quite as far. I would still absolutely buy them again.

Buyers should be aware the power supplies are noisy. If you are stopped and just turn the accessories on, you will hear the humming of the power supplies. Once you start to drive the engine drowns them out.

Product information was very clear. Site is easy to navigate and ordering process was straight-forward. Ordering was easy, and the car compatibility is easy to find.

However, customer service on the chat was unpleasant. The person I communicated with was very abrupt and condescending. Instead of answering my questions, he told me there's been no complaints so obviously it works. He came across as rude over the chat.

Also, when I installed the LEDs, one of them did not work. I took it into a shop thinking it might be the wiring or the fuse, but they told me the LED was blown. I contacted customer service but I'm still waiting to hear back.
