Bulbs were shipped and received in a timely manner and were exactly what was ordered. Much brighter than the stock halogen bulbs

I don't like the way I had to text for customer service. You could have helped me a lot faster and easier if I could have talked to someone.

Lower prices would attract more customers

Would like option for HID relay harness.

Easy to understand.

Easy to locate kit specific to my vehicle. Easy ordering process. Installation instructions were extremely poor. Had to buy a inline filter with package and there were no installation instructions on where to install it per headlight. Had lots of intermittent issues with headlight function. One day both worked next day one or the other would not start up. Not sure about the reliability.
