Great website, (update) installed the xenon pro lights in my 05 Silverado, all lite up fine except one, thought I might have to return it until I had to really push the power plug together to make it work, hope it doesn't fail down the road. My application of bulb was straight and not a 90 deg so I had to modify my truck to accommodate the wires from the bulb socket so they wouldn't pinch, should be 90 deg instead of straight (keep that in mind) all in all pretty good, nice and bright but they do take a second or two to warm up so expect a delay between low beam and high if you're set up that way.

Fast service (shipping). Nice bright lights (55 watts). Everything hangs together nicely (the headlight housing and all the HID components form a single unit that slips into place), then I just plug the OEM headlight plugs into the OEM headlight housing, pop the housing into place, tighten 3 bolts on one side and 5 on the other side and I'm ready to go. No need for a separate relay, these draw power directly from the original headlight socket inside of the headlight housing. These were replacements for a previous set of HIDs from a different manufacturer so I already had the necessary holes cut in the housing caps and I had some sealer to use to seal the grommet to the caps and to seal the wiring where it exits the headlight housing caps. It took about 3 hours to do (had to let sealer dry for one hour each).

This is a second order for same car. Wrong number had been pulled and sent and when we called the rep on the phone was nasty and said it was our fault because we had not put a car model in...sorry but you cannot order without a car model and all paperwork was correct for the 2014 Kia Soul. Now we have to hassle about returning, credit etc... tell your phone reps to refrain from blaming the customer and just give info on how to return.

If you search 2008 Toyota Avalon for LED kits, no warning comes up about it won't work converting factory HID Xenon to LEDs. They told me after I received the kits that it won't work. They showed me in a chat page warning it won't work, but never comes up on a home page search. They are in Canada so you also pay foreign transaction fees. I got an RMA to return the kits and it cost me $61.64 paying for shipping ans fees both ways. All for nothing. What a waste. They should warn customers when placing the order if it will work. Don't go by the vehicle search on their home page.

Never again will I deal with this company. Their site states plug and play. States the extra harnesses are needed. Lights did not fit, harnesses made lights non-functional. Don't ever look to support, their suggestion was to not use extra harness and take to performance shop to have lights installed. You cannot reach a human being on phone that will help you, support via e-mail and chat only. Neither one cared to or did resolve my issues with the lights.

I was sent the wrong product. The headlight would not fit the holder and it could not be adapted. The professional installer said there was no way to use the kit due to the heat from the light melting the holder. Xenon Pro uses a call center for ordering. You must use online chat to resolve returns. I was sent a RMA and a Canada address, told I must use FEDX only. It cost me $30.41 return shipping. The company kept $15 of my original purchase price also. Long story short I have been ripped off $45.41 by a company that sent the wrong merchandise. They refuse to accept responsibility, say I could have gotten an adapted from the installer!
