Received product broken and I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. Customer service rep was very rude, condescending, and dismissive. I did not expect that. Ended up paying for shipping to and from them after supposedly getting free shipping. So I ended up paying out $50 in total and still had no headlights in the end. They did not even offer to try to help me just keep telling me I was in the wrong and it was not their fault or problem. I will definitely not buy from them again and I would be very cautious if you do decide to buy from them.

I bought the LED lights and flicker modules for my 2000 Ford Taurus Wagon. I could not install them because the base of the LED lights were too large for the lock collar to fit over them. The LED is permanently attached to the base, so unlike other LED's (that would fit my car's headlights) the two can't be separated to fit the lock collar between them. I learned from a YOUTUBE video how the LED's that fit my car headlight bezels come apart to accept the collar. Don't bother to Email this company, you get a reply that tells you to go start a chat with them. And a chat with this company is a joke. Prepare to be ignored for some time before Dale P. Says an unhelpful word or two, then stops responding. I strongly urge you not to do business with this company, or else buyer beware.

Arrived pretty quick, install was simple, but after install only one light can on. Tried talking to their live support chat, that's a joke. All he told me was to swap parts around until I find the problem, and that they won't take a full return since it has been installed. Well after all the trouble shooting and moving pieces around now I can't even get one light on. So I'm out the money I paid and have nothing for it. Don't deal with this company.
