Horrible company with Chinese parts

They recommended the correct bulb fitment, then when they where wrong and bulbs didn't fit charged a 20% restocking and no return shipping. Cheap parts made in china poor policy bad advice. Definite do not buy from.

Shop with someone else, these guys are horrible. I ordered LED bulbs for my friends CanAm Spyder, they sent me the wrong product, so i had to send it back but i had to email them numerous times before i got a RMA in order to return it, then i had to pay $23.00 to ship it back to them which they did not refund me the amount of shipping. Then when i did get a refund, it was $10.00 less than what I paid for so they ARE CROOKS and you can't get ahold of anyone on the phone, they don't have that service accessible "BECAUSE OF COVID". THESE GUYS ARE CLOWNS AND THEY SUCK!

These Guys truly do suck!

There is no life time warranty! I tried to get replacements and was just ignored. The customer service sales agents are not aware of the scam that is going on, For the warranty, you are required to file it on line and this is where you are ignored. I called the sales agents several times to file the claim and they direct you to the online claim service. I called the sales agents and acted like a new customer and asked if there is truly a Life Time Warranty. They replied "Absolutely". Some of the agents I recognized when I called and would ask about the warranty and would get the "Absolutely" answer. I told them that they could be charged with fraud. I know I scared a few agents. Please Do Not Buy from these idiots! They really should be shut down! They show all these great reviews on their website. I wanted to leave a review on their website and found out that you can't. So all the reviews are bogus!

No answer, no phones, nothing. $160 gone.

Spent about $160 on HID's, and sent numerous emails on the contact us page, but can not get anybody to reach out to me. They do not have phones for the company, and the phone number redirects you to the 'contact us' page. I did a charge-back, and they created a shipping label for my product. I was relieved, I thought I was finally getting my product I paid for.

That was two months ago, they never sent the parcel to USPS, but because the tracking-number exists, they were able to reject a chargeback. It's the only bad experience I've ever had with a company.

The lights were great... when they worked. As soon as there was an issue, the company was less than helpful. My part has been on back order since December 2019... and they never respond to me anymore.

Do NOT buy from

Terrible customer service, computer generated replies. I bought complete wiring kit with bulbs as recommended. Received a ballast that was obviously previously installed and returned in the kit. One side of vehicle headlight will not work with bad ballast. Switched all components individually to prove out problem. Company started the RMA process but will not resolve the issue.
Would not recommend.

I got the lights they told me fit my bike. They did not fit at all. Called, they don't answer the phone. Emailed, they send back generic emails and just push you off. Horrible customer service and I know I will never see my $300 plus dollars again. It should be a simple fix as they screwed up but obviously they don't care and only want your money. I will warn anyone not to use this company. Piece of crap company! Zero stars!

Criminal experience
December 3, 2020

Ordered a set of LED's for a Saab that was in my shop for an upgrade. The LED's did not fit the vehicle, so I emailed for an RMA. That was OVER A MONTH ago and when I check in via email BECAUSE THERE IS NO PHONE LINE, I just keep getting told my RMA is "being reviewed." They have basically stolen money from my business. F*ck these guys!

For the past 7 months they have been telling me they are experiecing Quality issues and will be shipping my bulbs out to me once resolved - I have the email chain to prove this. Does it take 7 months to resolve a Quality issue? Come-on! I have now given up on trying to get this resolved and will write off the $107.00

Horrible service
June 8, 2020

I purchased low beam and fog light conversion kits for 2 vehicles and the lights were great. Now a bulb is blown and they won't replace it, call and the phone message says they are closed even though they should be open. They are a scam, i tried buying new bulbs and got a letter from customs that a package that i may have interest in has been seized at the border. They are cheating the system, circumventing taxes and selling garbage! There is NO warranty if they won't respond!

This company is horrible. I ordered LED bulbs and they stopped working. I made a claim based on lifetime warranty. Paid $20 to ship them back. That was 6 months ago and have not heard anything back. It is impossible to get a hold of a human. All email is automatic response. Never answer the phone. The chat is useless. Please, please do not buy from this "company".

Scam Company

Since my purchase, I actually enjoyed these lights, they made quite an improvement on my motorcycle. But then I started having problems with them, and this company absolutely will not communicate with you. It's almost impossible to talk to anyone they will not respond to your calls or your emails, their online chat is a private company. But the cost of these darn lights I'm so disappointed that I didn't see the reviews prior so this one's on me. I highly recommend to NOT do business with this shadow company, do not pay for any kind of warranty because they will not honor it and that's half the price. If I could give this company zero stars I would. This is a part of the digital world that us old schoolers hate, as you never know who you're doing business with online and it's nothing but a bunch of clown scammers.

This company is absolute trash. I ordered a HID kit & light bulbs for my truck december 24th. I had to open a case against them in PayPal to get my $151 back on April 15th. I have proof they were never delivered from the company themselves that received the package back from USPS. Tried calling & emailing multiple times with no call back or money back. Don't waste your time.

Warranty is a lie

I own a Limo service, bought 2 sets of bulbs off this company, there bulbs are supposed to be lifetime! They replaced 1 bulb and wont return emails of other claims. All 4 bulbs went bad. Do not buy from this company if you are wanting a warranty replacements...

I purchased LED low beams, high beams and fog lights for several hundred dollars on my Silverado. Everything worked fine for several months until a low beam started to flicker randomly and then stopped. I was able to move bulbs and controllers from side to side and confirm the controller was at fault.
12/12/19, I initiated a warranty claim and then filled out their RMA form.
12/16/19, checked on progress and was told still under review.
12/19/19, warranty request approved.
1/4/20, Inquired on progress with claim. No response
1/7/20, contacted chat line and information was forwarded to warranty claims.
1/8/20, received email there were having quality control issues.
2/11/20, sent email requesting an update on my claim. Nobody responded.
2/24/20, sent another email requesting an update on my claim. Nobody responded!
3/10/20, contacted chat line again, information was forwarded again. Requested email update.
3/23/20, still no response. Why?
Just in case anyone reads this at XenonHIDS my claim is #UGM-236-*******

I bought my HID lights several years ago and now the bulbs burnt out - the only reason I went with this company (eventhough more expensive for comparable items) was the warranty (supposedly). Now I am finding out they are not answering emails or phone calls. I was skeptical in the beginning and it turns out I am right. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered my husband hundreds of dollars worth of HID kits for Christmas. Once installed, they caused several warnings to come across the dash of his brand new truck. After messing with them and trying to fix the issues, he decided to return them. I jumped through the hoops of returning the items, and paid for the shipping to do so, as XenonHID doesn't pay for this. The received the items weeks ago according to the tracking number I have connected to the package, yet I haven't seen a dime in returns. No one EVER answers the customer service number when called, and the live chat people say they can't help with that. I still have not had responses to my emails either. I would never ever ever recommend this company to even my worst enemy!
