My experience on the recent Kerala tour. The overall programme, except Thekkady, was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and travel in Cochin, Munnar, Alleppy House Boat and Kovlam beach. But Thekkady experience was bitter. The lake Periyar is not navigable because of falling water level. Hence touring the Sanctuary programme on board a Cruise and viewing the wildlife was cancelled. In future you may include the Thekkady programme as one will witness Cardamom cultivation, Rubber plantation etc. on the way but in absence of Boat journey exclude the sanctuary visit by jeep. Except Sanctuary visit we enjoyed the tour very much. Thanks.

The tour was well planned and executed. The Representative welcomed us in the airport and left us with the driver. We expected more follow up from our representative. The hotels booked were good and met our expectations. We enjoyed the trip. Thank you for giving us a sweet memorable experience.

Average service quality, average rating experience in all aspect like vehicle, hotel, food. But the co ordination with Xenium ecxecutive was Excellent.
We had booked kullu-manali package from Xenium Holidays(Dec2016). Our coordinator name was Amit Singh.
He agreed on 15K for 3n 4 d. He initially asked us to pay 5 K to their account and then later we can pay in slot wise as per the trip. The hotel which was offered was pathetic and third class.
There was no hot water neither light electricity, nor the room was cleaned, nor there were any blankets. The rooms were more of looking like slums. We called him for the same, he initially picked the call, and then later he didn't even helped us nor received our calls.
We had to book our hotel on our own, on the spot. It was some 2-4degree temp, we were waiting for Amit to help us with the hotel accommodation, but he didn't. We had managed everything on our own. Even the driver which was assigned, he was very arguing and refused to take us to all the places which were promised and mentioned in the package.
So guys its my request to one and all that please don't buy any package from xenium or any local holidays. Instead go for reputed ones yatra or makemytrip, etc. They charge you but will provide best services. These local chepos are seriously not concerned whether how we will survive there in such a low temp with such cheap hotels without any heater or any basic facilities. They're just concerned about their commission. Once they get that, they will stop receiving your calls.
This is our first and last trip from xenium holidays.

I have booked a package for my family from xenium holidays few months ago... excellent services provided by them and specially i want to thank Mohini Ji for assisting us so nicely... good hotel, good food and nicely suggested about the destinations... thank u a lot for ur services.
I had toured to Kerala through Xenium Holidays. It was a wonderful experience. The service was great in all aspects. The most important thing we felt was all the hotels that we stayed in took very good care of us. The cab driver made us so comfortable throughout the trip.
One of the worst service by an holiday company. Driver being the worst no coordination between the company and the employees. I suggest not to travel with the company. Really bad experience
Had a really really bad experience. Our tour is ruined because of mismanagement and lack of coordination among staff. We planned tour to Gujrat and staff who accompanied us was having no knowledge about the local area, moreover they promised us Ac tent and provided non Ac tent. We could not enjoy White desert coz of our driver's lack of knowledge. Would never recommend anyone to take this package.

As your package you are not ready to pay our balance mount 45000/- and blame us for the service all the service we provide you as we committed as you want to change the driver on 2nd day we have changed and per your itinerary due is not include and during the trip you said we want to due trip we are proving you tell me mam. If you commited to us for the rest of payment you will do on arrival why you not pay the amount you all want the service with the payment or free vacations. After asking the payment you all create the issue tell me what is the issue with the hotels and transport and why you are not paying as you are using and your trip are running.
Went to andaman with family. Xenium Holidays has such irresponsible service executives that you will end up regreting why you fell into its prey. Initially they will make false promises and once they recieve money, you will start facing problems and no one will even try to listen to it.
Company all explore their range of travel and provide all of Enthusiastic Journeys. Made a good clap! We were about to 35 Persons for Rann Utsav Package and they carry us beautifully amazing and gives the 100 percent class range. Atmosphere was good and happy and fully satisfied.
Went to Gujrat on a trip on 22nd Nov with my family to visit the famous rann utsav. The experience of staying in shame sharhad was just so adorable! It was a 6nights 7 days trip which was beautifully handled by the XENIUM HOLIDAYS TEAM. Our trip was organised by Mr. Avinash. Who coordinated with us throughout the trip. We will surely recommend our friends and family to go and enjoy their trip with xenium Holidays.
Went to kerala for family vacation with xenium Holidays. It was a wonderful trip for us. had an awesome experience. Had initial hiccups in the tour but they sorted out the problems very tactfully. Coordination from Xenium team was adorable. Keep gifting us memorble tour like this every time.
Very bad experience of my rann utsav trip. They have cheated me. Nobody is giving reply of my mail. They are refusing to connect their md/ceo. They don't know what is going on. Upto booking their response was very good.don't believe them.

My trip to Gujarat was awesome. I & my wife was put to great difficulties. As promised on 24/9 night on arrival at Ahmedabad Airport nobody was seen waiting nor no directions and I was quite new to that place. In the night of that day a senior citizen like me had a harrowing time, However I managed to the Hotel, Safar. The first room allotted in the Hotel was insecure and moved to second one where the AC and TV never worked and checked into the third and had to adjust there, several calls mad to Avinash, went into thin air, with nobody to attend. Accommodation arrangement at Hotel Shee, Bhavnagar, Hotel Sitara at Somnath, is this a Hotel Avinash? Shree Darshn at dwaraka however is OK.
Actually I was wondering you people at Xenium is dong what?
I was not picked up not taken back to Airport as promised.
Please make arrangement for refund of Rs 1900/- which I had to cough form my purse for this. This charge is for up and down airport charges at Ahmedabad.
Pleas refund this amount to my account at the earliest. Of if to recommending you.

In response, As per your feedback of the tour of gujarat, as our sales person have given you 2 options Dlx Hotels and other with stander Hotels but you we cant deal with cheap and budget hotels but some time if client want the cheap hotels because budget issue with the guest, after your request our sales person provide you the name of budget hotels and after that your budget is again vary less and you have less transport service for 1 days and start from nest day we got request from your side on 1st day we managed taxi because we want only pick up on day 1, so you can less the amount after so many changes you had confirmed the package with us and now you said taxi was not picked you, our request you to please share you genuine issue then we try to solve it.

We offered you complete package from day 1 pickup to last day drop but you can removed day 1 and day last from the itinerary then how can we arrange our service booked from next day pickup from hotel morning and we provided the same as you booked, after your trip how can claim the service that you was not booked with us. day 1 and day last pick up and drop you have already reduce the amount from the package before the confirmation with us then how can we booked as all the thinks cleared before the trip start and all the travel documents our team was provided before the trip start if you have any issues in the travel then please advice us we will definitively help you.

I had booked my kashmir package for 4N/5D, the trip was awesome and memorable thanks to Kapil and Ankita and their whole team for always assisting us. Their dedication to serve their customer reflects their professionalism and commitment towards their work.
I have just one problem regarding hotel in pahalgam that is rectified in no time. And the tour is well planned and timely executed. Our family has enjoyed the whole trip with smile on their face. The driver they provide us is quite knowledgeable and we save on our cost on tour guide. We have enjoyed gondola ride in gulmarg and 1 ticket for our 10 yrs old son is complimentary from their side. Thanks for planning such a wonderful trip. And i am soon going to planning my next tour with you guys again, make this one memorable tooo!
