So I applied to be a writer and after taking the test I was denied for not getting enough points. After noticing several mistakes during the test, such as omitted words and poor grammar, I went to look up reviews and came across this site. It surprises me that I failed the English test to become a writer, but the HR of the writer's department that you currently have responding to these reviews would clearly fail the test herself. How on Earth did she get her position when others who have a better grasp of the English language were denied?

This is a writing site, an essay mill in other words that provides papers of various academic disciplines for those too lazy or unable to produce their own university work. That model is not the problem however, it is the morons that administer the site, they are uneducated, non-English literate morons, and this is an offense to your run of the mill moron. They have no idea what constitutes quality work and think that cover page and references go towards overall word count in APA 7 format. I cannot express my disdain and dissatisfaction with this site which, seems to align with the overarching sentiment as they hover above 2 stars in their cumulative review tally. A poor business model run by nitwits with zero academic acumen or even the ability to communicate beyond the canned messages provided for them in a scripted format. AVOID...

So, it has been a month on this platform and I have mixed feelings. I was expecting the situation to be the opposite of this but I do not know how things work here since there is a lack of transparency on the inner workings. I emailed the support staff but I just got a generic copy-paste reply which would have made sense if I was not getting enough orders at the "Beginner" and "Intermediate" ranks. I do not want to follow the herd on this platform and jump to the conclusion that this is a worthless company, so far I've had a good overall experience but if this situation of not getting orders continues then I will have to write another honest review.

All my answers were correct and I am confident about that but they rejected my application. I asked for the test result but they cannot disclose it! I have experience of nearly 3 years in this field and this looks sketchy.

This is the most useless website with a reasonable number of cons including the so called writers' managers and billing department. They stole my money and they never paid me. May you continue fail with that foolish website of yours. None sense!

Hi, my name is syed imran haider. I had applied for writing job few days back and passed the online test and submitted an easy as per requirement. Which is part of test, today i received an email from recruitment team that your application is declined and we cant disclosed the reason the response was shocking for me you are getting the test from an applicant an telling him that we had declined your application but cant tell you the reason. Totaly non professional and biased attitude of the company. What I understand is that they are getting work from peoples and giving that work to new applicant as a test an then declining there application with no reason but with there test writing an essay article or any other work they are earning money. I strongly recommend the people who are applying on writing creek to please don't waste there time an energy. They are fraud people just getting work from there regular clients and giving that work to new applicant.

Result of application took a month to get a result. Then, another 1-2 weeks for verification. The hiring manager is very slow in replying. It would take a week or two unless you bombard them with emails. They will ask you for documents then selfies holding those documents, plus a verification call. If you were not able to answer it once, they will decline your application without giving another chance to answer the call. Efforts of passing the tests and sending them the required documents will become useless because of not being able to answer the "once in a lifetime call".
I hope you improve in responding to emails. Don't just collect documents from us then you will decline the application.

I applied to this platform on 5th July and cleared the tests in one go. The waiting period was extending beyond the initially expected line. At every stage, I chatted with their customer service. Unfortunately, received an email that I did not make it. I do hope to join them in the future for the simple reason that they have always been courteous and professional. Makes me wonder, if they are so good before joining them, how good the experience will be once a person joins them.

If you are seeking to have a long-term writing career, this isn't a suitable platform. They terminated my account, without any valid reason whatsoever. What was the essence of approving my account to work with them and then terminating it for invalid reasons? They are dream shutters and do not deserve writers.

I worked for this company for 2 years. As other employees have written in the comments, this company is really opaque. First, the company doesn't have a phone number, and you can't call them as an employee. Secondly, I confirm that the photos and names of their colleagues are not real. Thirdly, I was also interviewed in Zoom, and the manager did not turn on the camera. Fourth, emails from them come from German IP addresses and are often flagged as spam in the mail due to the software they use to hide their location. They may be doing this to avoid paying taxes. Fourthly, I have worked in many companies and followed my colleagues in LinkedIn. Based on the feedback below, out of curiosity, I asked if any employees had a social network. But none of the employees are on social media. This proves that employee data has been spoofed because, in all global companies, you can easily find information about their employees on the website. For 20 years of work in different countries and companies, I have not met a single company that would hide social networks and the names of its employees—I have no doubt that the company is running a shadow business. Having learned these facts, I will quit this job. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone even though they provide some work. You can easily become a victim of scammers.

Online chat operators constantly change face photos using them from the Internet, letters to my mail come from IPs from different countries, the company is clearly engaged in fraudulent activities.

Don't ever rely on this website. I am using other website like writerbay and sweetstudy but this website is worst. Have done 46 orders with 5 stars with no fines. They restrict my account on 13 march and reply me on 12th april stating that i have done any suspicious activity. They said that my account is used from different Ip from different countries but the account is sorely used by me. Totally disappointed. Waste my effort of 1 month and lose my account without doing anything wrong. Don't rely on them if you looking for a long term work. They will restrict your account with no valid proof.

Non-native writers stay away from this site. It is a big scam. These people will never let you grow because they're a group of racist people who will terminate your account without any reason. First, they will restrict you to orders without any reason then they will terminate it. They try their best to give you policies, which they don't follow. They did it with me. I will share some proofs here so you can publically see it. I know, they will delete it but I will continue doing it. I support all the writers who have shared their experiences here.
PS: They have written on their site that as per their policy an account for suspicious activity will be blocked for two months, which is a big lie. Check the SS for both emails and you will know that they're a big scam.
