Somewhat mislead by photos of soap items that looked like a package of three soap designs, but the price only covered one bar of the soap not a package. Shipping is an ongoing problem; my orders average over 4 weeks for delivery. Otherwise, I very much like all the items I have ever ordered from World of Judaica.

This website/company is a complete joke - they charge your credit card and then fail to process your order. I was told TWO weeks after my credit card was charged that they had not been able to process my order and requested I provide my credit card details again! When you attempt to contact them they do not respond. I have tried 5 different avenues to contact the customer service team to resolve the issue and have not received a single response.
I ordered an item a month ago. They cashed my payment a month ago before fulfilling my order. This is dishonest business practice. Now, a month later, they have still not fulfilled my order. I have left numerous messages with customer service, most of which have not been returned. I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. This is very disappointing, as I would like to support Israeli businesses.

The Items that I bought are of great quality and I am happy to receive them, yet the post is somewhat slow, but I would say it's maybe the postal service in Israel, that can be the cause of the delay. On the whole Two Thumbs Up and 5 Stars. Please keep up the great work.

I am very happy with my recent purchase, the siddur is absolutely beautiful and the binding is top quality as well as the design itself. The customer service has been very efficient and helpful.
I bought a havdelah set for my nieces bat mitzva 3 months ago. She did not receive all of the pieces. Despite calling repeatedly and emailing repeatedly I got no calls back. I finially was able to live chat and got a response. Now with multiple ignored emails I am finially getting sort of a response. Unfortunately they keep saying they need more information which I have sent 4 times and I still either get ignored or told they didn't get my email.

A month after placing order I sent query email, they replied that item was out of stock, would I like to order something else? They didn't tell me that when I ordered it a month previously, just took my money and left me nothing. I am now waiting for refund. Avoid this company, they are either fraudulent or at least totally incompetent.
