Great customer support from start to finish. When part of my order was delivered damaged during shipment, it was replaced immediately.
Woodland Direct sent us a beautiful fire pit that arrived intact and undamaged and everything works great. I ended up using crushed glass for a more beautiful look, but the kit came with lava rock which we were able to use in our fireplaces. Nice, clean look and a lovely shape for our coastal deck.

I ordered a $4,950 stove from Woodland Direct and was told to inspect it for damage upon delivery. I did so carefully and found no visible issues. However, when the installers arrived, they immediately pointed out that the boxes of fire bricks were completely smashed and, even worse, the four feet for the stove were missing entirely. When I called Woodland Direct to file a complaint, I was told that because it was past their four-day inspection window, they wouldn't take any responsibility — even though the damage wasn't visible until unpacking for installation. They refused to escalate my call to a manager and insisted I had to repurchase the missing and damaged parts for an additional $387. To make matters worse, the fire bricks were shipped with no internal packaging or insulation, and the feet weren't even listed on the packing slip, which clearly shows they were never included. Yet the company still wouldn't stand behind their own product or process. Their so-called "review process" is designed to shift blame onto the customer. I also had to pay for another installation date because of their negligence. Future buyers beware: inspect everything the moment it arrives, even if you can't install it right away, or you'll be stuck paying for their mistakes. Woodland Direct's customer service is unhelpful, unsympathetic, and completely unwilling to make things right. I would not recommend buying from them — you may literally be left in the cold.

I ordered by phone from Woodland, 3 Halifax chimney pots and 3 rain guards. They arrived within a few days. Super packaged for shipment. I uncovered everything to inspect: Oh, wow! Gorgeous! Can't wait til my chimney guy has them installed.

I had ordered a different fire pit from another place but never received it, I got an email that the ordered had been canceled and I was issued a refund with no notice so I looked for someplace else to get one and found WoodlandDirct. I ordered a firepit and received it a couple of weeks later. I have not had a chance to open the box and put it together yet because it is for our vacation property but we are going there this weekend and hope to use it for the first time. I'm just very happy I received the firepit and within a reasonable time line. Thank you so much!

We love our fire pit. One of the pins that the rack sits on was broken due to a bad weld. It was not worth sending back, I took it to a local welder and he fixed it It was an easy fix
