Very easy website ( I am an elderly lady), found just what I wanted, sent to me in a couple of days, no p&p, simply perfect, thanks.

A great service with prompt delivery. Can't understand why anyone would buy books elsewhere. Recommend to all my family and friends 10/10

I have bought several books from Wob and without fail, the condition is always better than their description. And delivery is faster than stated. Real example of over-delivering.

I am very satisfied with my purchase; my book arrived reasonably quickly and was very carefully and securely packed and thus was in excellent condition when it arrived.

My go to stop for any book, wonderful first class service, books are always in great condition, arrive quickly and are really good value. I have read all the Kresley Cole series and bought them from wob... great books, wonderful service... thankyou wob xxx

Service from world of Books is good but i wish that they would put "Do Not Bend" on their postage bags. I had bought a used but in very good condition book off them only for the Post Office to fold it double & leave it part way through my letter box resulting in a crease being put in the rear cover. I wish i had the presence of mind to take a photograph but instead i removed it as quick as possible hoping that it hadn't damaged my book. Luckily the crease isn't too bad but it could have been so much worse.

Really appreciate being able to purchase from such a diverse range of products.

Ordered Mr Golightlys holiday, for our bookclub read ( which was unavailable elsewhere. And which arrived as a hardback) plus Miss Garnets Angel also by Salley Vickers. Very happy with all 3 books received.

I use wob regularly and am usually very happy with the service they provide, but my last order was for 4 books, 3 paperback and 1 hardback and when they arrived (very quickly) they were very poorly packaged. They had just been stuffed together into the usual grey plastic envelope/bag, without any additional protection, which was clearly not sufficient for that number of books, especially with a hardback. The package arrived badly torn, held together with post office elastic bags. Luckily the books were undamaged but easily have been, or even one or more could have fallen out.

Speedy service at a good price. Good spurce of second hand books with no delivery charge. I use them all the time now a d would recommend them.
