I have noticed with several orders now that they send you an e-mail that the 15 day window to pick up your package has passed and the package has been returned to sender. An earlier E-mail announcing the arrival of the packager first, never really gets sent, so you don't know the package is there. You get reimbursed for the package but of course not the shipping. I suspect they never ship anything. So they make their money on shipping payments while never shipping the packages, This is likely why they can sell the products so cheaply, because half of the time they don't have to deliver them. Only home deliveries arrive.

My three shirts stated " instock 3xl" so i paid $63. Total. Delivery time was excellant but all the shirts are way too small and the size tags have been cut off.! This place is a total rip off, most all items are cheap, you pay more on shipping then what the item is worth and if they do a bait and swish on you, they will only give a refund of the item and not shipping. The other catch is that they give you wish cash as a refund and so they still get the money. So if you like to get ripped off then this place is for you.

I purchased a coin purse It arrived but it was smelly. It smells somewhere between musty and moldy. I would never use it because I would be to embarressed to pull it out of my purse, it smells that bad. I sure would not want to put it in my purse because the way it smells it would stink up everything in my purse. It was a totally waste of money.

I have been tried to get my money back for 3 items i ordered... in March. They sent to wrong place. I also paid postage... its July now... still no money no refund... I keep telling you can't refund prepaid visa card...

Hello ppl. Do not buy $#*! from wish except those chip $#*! where you pay one dollar and 10 for shipping its how they ripped people. I ordered Three scooters they delivered to different States I been asking for my refund and they ended up blocking me for mensages now I can not get ahold of them. It says the money went back to my bank in which never did and They blocked me so I can not get ahold of anyone there. They just stoled my money if anybody is filing a litigation against whish please reply because according to the USPS they're having so many complaints of fraud

I have been a Wish.com customer for a while now. I have always been happy with the quality of any type of item purchased from them. Recently I tried purchasing items from a couple of copycat websites. That was a mistake. The quality of those items was very poor. From now on, I will only buy clothing, jewelry, and any other merchandise from Wish.com. Thank you Wish for always being reliable.
If your item is out of stock wish automaticaly refunds your item and charges you for it. So $#*!ing anoying.

Was double charged on my credit card for the same order that was already paid. Wish charged my card a day later without authorisation for the same order and even charged me at higher shipping rates without the discounts I used. Customer service took 2 days to reply with a generic response.
I provided them a snapshot to the message centre of my original order and the duplicate order charged. The duplicate order had a different order number. I provided a snapshot of bank statement clearly showing two different dates of being charged. All the evidence was in front of them. I even called the bank and provided a transaction authorisation number so they could reverse it.
Wish said I should reset my app( which is garbage) and claimed my order numbers were invalid. Even though they had a snapshot from their own site of both orders.
I told them I'm disputing the merchant ID transaction if they don't refund me. I heard nothing back from them so hopefully the bank can sort it. Never leave your card details on their site like eBay. They don't provide any transparency in their site. And there is no customer service except a massage centre, they don't reply to emails.
Shipping is almost double what you buy. The site is Chinese BS. You have no backup if something goes wrong despite their claims.
Be very careful.

I'm Hanis Neo from Malaysia. My local bank account experienced unlawful deductions and I received 27 notifications of unauthorized transactions by wish.com siphoning off my money from my local bank account. It happened on July 6th 2022 and those transactions happened in a minute at 04:28am local time. I was charged using CAD8.44 (27times)and I suffered losses amounting to RM811.17. I have reported the matter to the bank and also the police for further investigations. I hope wish.com would be held liable for allowing scammers to use the platform. wish.com should be aware of illegal and suspicious transactions.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
