I will NEVER order anything from Wish again. The item I received looked NOTHING like the image of the item I thought I was purchasing. This is a total rip off! Don't waste your money!

Scam. I tried to submit a request for a refund for an item damaged in shipping. I included a photo of the damaged item as requested and the site would not upload the photo with the request for the refund. I tried innumerable times and it would not go through. I finally gave up and decided to post here my frustration with the site. They say "We have your back! You never have to worry when you shop on Wish. " What a load. Spend your money elsewhere. They don't care.

Use credit card do not know order ID.
Next sellers do not provide a receipt. Or instructions. Bought worthless cell phone case. Terrible.
A friend sent me a link for half off. Unfortunately, not receive discount
By the way Do not buy make up from them
In fact I had bad experience received things I did not order, counterfeits, etc
In fact my credit card company should finish investigation. There is a law believe three months?
Short version of aggravation.
No way I spent 100$. Added 36$ that included counterfeit SD cards, items I did not order, etc in fact same type item from different sellers. I only needed one card reader not five
While perusing items wish cancelled items I wanted ( they were in stock)
Lastly I heard sellers ripped off too
Any way conclusion the make up and merchandise is made in China.
Go to local store or their online store and buy from reputable company. I like rite aide. One can return cosmetics, even if used

I spent about two hundred with them and the stuff they are sending me is pretty much all terrible. Poor quality. Bad fabric. Bad sizing. Very cheap to the point where they are unwearable. Also a lot of the stuff looks nothing like the pictures. You cant really send them back to China. Ive tried. You also can not get a response from them. They dont care about screwing over some Americans because theres nothing we can do about it. Save your time and money and just dont do it. TERRIBLE!

Positive: When they issue a refund it's usually within 7 days.
Their clothing is average quality, but the sizing isn't based on traditional sizing, if you wear a large US you'll need to get at least an extra large if not a double extra large for it to fit properly.
Negative: Shipping, usually too expensive for the length of time it takes, as little as 2 weeks as much as 6 months, depends on how long customs holds it for.
Electronics should be avoided, they are cheap knock offs and 90% of the time don't work or don't last more than a few days.
Avoid digital storage products from them, you get what you pay for, they use spoofed chips in them so they report much more space on them than there Is, in reality their 512gb sd cards are actually about 4mb to 1gb.

If your product is what you expected, you will have made a good deal. But most often, there are something wrong with them. T-shirt with stain, cable that doesn't work. Memory cards are usually not sized as the print says. You may get some of the money back but not 100%. If you have paid duty and the product is proven to be fraud, you won't get any money back.
AND, they still continues to sell the crap to fool others!
It is scam but they doesn't care as long as their revenue shoot in the sky.

I've bought from wish for a long time. Ive gotten things like shirts that are just a hunk of mesh sewed together, to all natural henna that is absolutely amazing. Look for the "official" products. Otherwise you will be disappointed

Thank you for your good services. I would like to see cheaper delivery charges as they add up fast and weed out the the sellers who do not send there product at all.

I tentatively ordered from here expecting the worst. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Some of the items are very cheap looking, but what do you expect for the prices. A few items were actually quite decent. One of my favorite dresses came from here. Another positive is that if the item is not as described, the customer service is excellent about replacing it without charging you to ship it back. I don't use this site for everything, but if I like something and the reviews on that item are decent, then I do order it.

Back again to let you good people and readers of SiteJabber, that WISH is another list of ON_LINE buying company that should not be touched with 10 Foot Pole. Unfortunately foe me I ordered a Back Pack and this was charged to my Credit card instantly and then deep silence and no updates. When chased they shamelessly said they will process a refund and its still to come, over 3 weeks have gone by.
Please folks I suggest try and not to buy from FB Advertisement as FB is just entered in Money they can gauge from both these advertisement Companies and do not care about their readers. Save your self your money and check this great site out before you jump i and spend your hard earned money. Hope this helps to save you some money. Your input would help others like me too!

If you need something quick i wouldnt bet on getting it from here anytime soon. I have recived a few goods from here but it took months to get had one item not delivered however i was notified but have not had a refund yet! Dissapointed.

Some items on site is quite good quality but one thing that needs attention is the shipping. Shipping sometimes are too expensive and also takes too long to arrive. Some of the items I ordered almost 3 months ago still did not arrived.

Buyer be ware!

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts on May 26th. I was notified that they would arrive approximately June 26th. Apparently, my order was one of the fast ones and Wish shipping indicated that my order arrived on June 5th. I did not get an email so, around when I started to look at the status of my order I saw the note that it had been delivered. I contacted support. Support told me to wait until July 5th. I contacted support 3 times - each time I received the same message. On July 6th, I again contacted support - this time I was told I could not get a refund as the refund period had passed. They also indicated that they have a "confirmed" delivery. There has been no delivery to my home - which I can confirm as I have every activity to my home stored on the cloud through my ring doorbell. They are unable to confirm delivery address or provide any additional information other than I am outside the refund window.

Unfulfilled Order

I received an email from wish that said it was an unfulfilled order. They asked me to contact support. I have tried several times and days to contact them and the website will not let me open the website when I try to contact them. They are not very helpful at all.
