Ok Store

I shop quite regular and after 2 months of expected delivery, some item may miraculously appear. This piss me off a lot. As I wait and wait and ntn... So I ve to claim my refund when past due delivery and buy elsewhere.
I bought stuff over 4 months ago, and still havent received them.
Descriptions aren't true by some sellers.

Nonetheless o still recommend the store to others as some sellers are true to their words And delivery on time And before time.

I bought a handful of stuff from this app. The first few transactions went very smooth. I then bought a bunch of watches of which half never showed up. Only two did. I lost track of time and eventually just gave up on waiting for them. The orders that i made for the watches don't show up on my purchase history through wish but they sure do show up on my bank statement. I wonder why that Is? I will not be buying anything from here again.

Happy Customer

Very happy with all the products I purchased. The only problem I have had was an opened package and to contact Wish the automated questions didn't fit. I can't believe they have never heard of a tool falling out of the packaging. I purchased another tool and am happy, again.

It's impossible to return an item because when you try on the app, it just will not let you type in any information requesting an address to mail back the item you bought. Forget about calling the one 800 number, you will never get a human being on the phone. The shoes I bought are absolutely adorable but far too small and too narrow. I will never shop from them again

"1 star: Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!" That's the definition of one star here. That fits for Wish.com.

This company (Wish.com) has a confusing interface, especially on a phone.
I was pricing out small bags of molding clay, listed as "freejust pay shipping." I get itthey pad the shipping a little and I get a good price.

I put about 20 bags in my cart (they were very smart) and went to what I thought was the order summary page, like oh, I don't know... EVERY OTHER SITE I've ever been to has. Not Wish. They had payment info from a previous purchase and whammo! I was charged $199!

I went to their "customer service" which is an automated bot and requested a refund. They said no refunds. Just Wish credit. They said a representative would email me back in three days. That was 11 days ago.

I am doing a dispute through my bank right now. I will NEVER deal with this company again.

Just go to Ali Express or Alibaba if you're looking for a reasonable competitor to Amazon.

Bad customer service

I bought two item on wish, seller sent them to the wrong address, I opened the case and tell Wish I haven't received the items, they refuse to provide refund even I have letter from Royal Mail that shows the tracking address do not match with my home address. Royal Mail confirmed the address is wrong and Wish kept asking me to contact Royal Mail! I am very disappointed with Wish and their bad customer service! Very unhelpful!

I have been buying on Wish for month now I had a couple issues with an items that was sold to me all was supposed to be one color everything came to me mismatch customer service from Wish was unable to help stated that's how the item was sold which is a total Y I will never do business with Wish again Please be aware that if you're looking for help you're not going to get any from their customer service everything is robots and I've please be aware that if you're looking for help you know going to get any from their customer service everything is robots and automated

Foram encomendados vários artigos em Março, alguns foram entregues antes do previsto, outros dentro do previsto, outros nem chegaram... Fita de LED`s coloridos, suporte de telemóvel e as meias com dedos de cada cor...
Dificilmente voltarei a comprar pela WISH, por outro lado não tenho muito tempo para rever pedidos, compras, reclamações etc

I ordered a couple of cheap Trijicon ACOG clones for my AR15 from a seller on there and was sent two pillow cases in their place w/ a note included that they were waiting on more stock to come in. It said the pillow cases were a "gift" while I waited for what I ordered to come and that I'd get another "gift" with my order. I had to take pictures of the pillow cases and note along w/ a couple paragraphs about what happened. Their system showed I got the order since tracking showed I got a package from them. I finally got my money back after a while, but it was a pain in the rear and totally not worth the trouble. The other orders that I wasn't "brazenly" scammed on were all very poor quality products produced by slave labor in a 3rd world communist country (yeah, CHINA). Save your money and don't send it over there. Try to buy good made in America or at least made in a country that doesn't cheat and steal from us!

They are fake, do not shop from wish.com if you do not want to waste your money.

I have written Wish many times concerning a phone I bought. I ask for refund. And yet I have not received yet.It too me forever to get return address.
Now they don't even return my emails.
I choose not to order from them again. It takes forever to get package.

Cheap stuff

I have ordered a few things from Wish. You basically get what you paid for. The jewelry is ok. My daughter liked the few necklaces I got her. The watch didn't work. Most of it broke after wearing it once. I would stay away from clothes. Ordered a couple of shirts for someone. I ordered 3x in US sizes. It was more like a Medium.
