I received email from wish.com confirmed I change email address, I try to sent email from my backup email address to their customer support regarding I never change email address also I can't log in to wish aap because I even can't receive the reset password link they sent to my original email address, but they never answered I try to call the customer support and no one answer the phone. I am worry my account was get hack but they do nothing to protect customer accounts safe. This is a very dangerous website.

Wish has some good deals but be careful of promotions some are in place only to benefit wish such as there first buyer 1dollar promo this is a scam I have friends and family who have put through orders for this promo and have never been the first buyer including myself we have put in well over 1000 orders and have never been the first buyer so do yourself a favour and don't waste Ur time wish is good for savings but can also be quite sneaky although it don't do any harm financially to u it does still cost u time and frustrations

Wish app is misleading! They are basically Ebay! Wish is the middleman of Ebay. At least Ebay is TRANSPARENT about the SHIPPING date prior to purchasing the item; at least Ebay is TRANSPARENT about the COUNTRY and BUSINESS your making the purchase from. SHIPPING, COUNTRY AND BUSINESS information is crucial information to disclose to the customer while assisting us make a wise decision about our purchase and investment. Wish wont be in business very long, once the customer begins to connect the dots, they will go directly with Ebay by removing the middleman and paying less for their products.

Very nice site, I didn't know whether to trust so I decided to take advantage of a promo in which I can give a code that reaches 50% discount on the total cart, in exchange wish will send me further discounts on some products that interest me. (DISCOUNT CODE)( yltwdyp)
I recommend always using new accounts to get free shipping, and maybe using this code you will be able to get products at prices tending to cents found on the street!

As the majority of items are from chinese sellers, lower case intended, expect inferior quality and poor communication. Also have found that shipping/tracking updates are totally bogus. While there are a few good sellers, most are sub-par at best. While I dislike eBay and Amazon, at least they are above board and forthright, when it comes to shipping and taking care of your complaints. Wish has zero/no way of contacting support directly. From now on I'll just pay extra $ to get better quality and service. AVOID Wish unless you are a total idiot!

Over the last week I have Purchased over 100 items on wish. Amazingly after my purchases I receive a email from Wish stating> Unfortunately we couldnt process your purchase in time to buy the items! 98% of my purchases didnt go through! They have items listed at a cheap price and then you pay for them> It Is Amazing That They Snatch Your Money Up So Fast For The Purchase> But After the PMT Is Made> Then You Receive The Almighty Email>>Then you have to work like hell just to get a refund! TOO MUCH BS FOR ME! Wish should not be allowed to sell product to anyone in the USA Period! Scam Your Products In China! You can't ever call them to get help on ANY ISSUE! Disgusting Website> DO NOT BUY From THESE SCAMMERS! SHUT THEM DOWN!

They offer a deal where the first item sold per day is only. 50. If your not the first order of the day you get a refund. Seems risk free and simple. What's to lose I thought. I went crazy buying hundreds of. 50 items hoping I would win at least a couple or a few maybe. None. I won nothing but that's not the bad part! I heard nothing for days so I finally poked around the Wish site and hidden in an obscure Notifications area were 400+ messages telling me I hadn't won and then said... Start the action of a REFUND. The process takes about 5 mins... EACH! I now have to go through this process over 400 times. I think they count on us lazy Americans saying "screw it, it's only
50 cents" and then they've score (in my case $249)thousands from us morons for giving us ZERO in return.

First off, the only clothing I've bought from wish is socks, which are fine, if a little smaller than most American socks, and underwear, which is sized much smaller than the stated sizes. So I wouldn't recommend buying clothing, other than socks, from this site.

Most of what I buy are cheap tchotchkes, and I have been very satisfied with the quality of most of the items, and definitely with the price. I have also ordered some, ahem, adult toys, and those have all been of very good quality. Some even came with handwritten notes. Delivery can take a while, and I have had a few items that have never been delivered. However, when I've informed their customer support, they've given me a refund.

Keep in mind that this is not a website like Amazon. This is a website where different sellers, or "shops" can sell items. The website is, I think, trying to do their best to improve their customer service. One other thing- this website is based in China, where probably 90% of our goods come from anyway. To make a blanket statement that the items they sell are "fake" or poor quality ignores the fact that almost everything we buy comes from the same place.

You never know which items you will receive, or when, lots of items don't reach me so they refund but I ordered because I wanted those items very stressful to contact wish as you never get to speak to someone and when they do email back, they are uneducated about the simplest questions about my orders. I end up having to email again with still no reasonable response. I get told that shippers don't always get the proper tracking numbers. Very unprofessional and with all the mail thefts I will not be ordering from wish any longer. Shipping is always more then the item so, in my opinion this is a gimmick for some of wishes stores to make interest on our money without sending the product. Over a month later you get a refund.

Little update to this article - Did you know that Wish.com is doing big expansion on European market now. They offer local stores good contitions for enable customers to pick up goods from local stores immediately after buying - this push theam ahead befor ali express - in my country is around 100 stores but I know that % of stores in other European countries is much higher and grom much faster. Wish also give to stores manager special employ discount code even 50 % off like this one XPXJGJY to give local customers and their are paid for that - code works and is unique for each store but its stronger then any other in the app - This is smart plan that can change thisk of buying in future but also can double china stuff around us Greetings from Poland everyone I hope my post was worth reading

Why doesn't the Fed government investigate wish.com a China base co ripping the American people off.
