I ordered an eggless cofee+chocolate cake with the following description on it -
"The perfect combo of the coffee, chocolate and whipped cream can definitely make everyone fall heels over head with this cake. The entire cake is covered in the colour of chocolate and coffee that can make you go WOW. This super delicious cake comes with the chocolate beaming on sides, caramel lining".
All I got was a white cream cake with NO personal message on it. This cake was delivered by "CAKE TREASURES, Velachery". This shop doesn't care to deliver what I ordered, how could I believe that they cared to deliver an EGGLESS cake?
And. I ordered a GREY teddy bear whereas a dark yellow one was delivered.

Soooo good! Thats what my father said after tasting the cake on Father's Day. I have ordered the pineapple cake. The cake frosting was not a very heavy buttercream. The texture of the cake was light and airy and the pineapple chunks were like cherry on the top.
I ordered a dark chocolate cake which was really delicious and i am really thankful to the team for making my bro"s birthday so wonderful. All the guests and friends of my brother was really pleased. We were surprised about the delivery too which was on the exact time. The quality of the cake was unbeatable, the dark chocolate between the cake was too yummy.
Guys Never go for such useless portals. Inspite of cancelling my order just after a couple of minutes of my order placement they haven't credited my amount yet though they promised to do so in 15 days and now it's going to be almost a month. They will face the music now.

The Product(Cake) I received is entirely different from the product shown in the picture. I am very disappointed by this. And on top of that, they charged Rs. 300 for the delivery of the cake, which would have been completely OK if they have sent the same product. If you complain about that, just they do is say "Sorry" and move on. No Refunds or Re-delivery. Waste of money. "Zero" ratings.

Please don't order anything over expensive and bad quality worst item delivered that too not on time. Vendor not educated enough to communicate delivery at wrong place and cake whole spoiled due to mishandling. They charge 250 for 110 rs chocolates. Cake is not same as per images.
The cake was broken and damaged at the time of delivery. No proper and immediate response from the customer support. Also, the cake was not exactly the same as how it was shown in the order picture. Just plain on top with the wishes text! I would not order again through Winni and would not recommend to others as well!
Moreover, they charged 200 Rs for the specific time delivery + 200 Rs for delivery charges + additional charges of 150 Rs for my mistake in entering the wrong pin code of the area which was collected from the person to whom I sent the cake as a gift! In their website, you cannot enter mobile number more than 10 digits. So how does a sender who lives in a foreign country can enter his/her mobile number with the country code? And they say that since they could not reach the sender in mobile, they collected the additional charges from the recipient. That was really bad and they SPOILED my surprise!
For 1/2 kg of cake with a bamboo plant, now I spent 1848 + 150 + my time talking to customer support + recipient's time talking to customer support. WASTE OF MONEY and the cake was also not delivered at the specified time. WORST overall!
Helpful and courteous when I placed the order. Still waiting to see how the delivery will go and if the cake is fresh or not.
