Worst service ever, I understand they were not able to deliver my order on time due to covid situation, however they didn't provide me any information about my order and then said they will deliver the order next day, for which I said NO, and asked them to return my money, initially they said they will transfer the money to Winni wallet, for which I didn't agree, and asked them to transfer it to my bank account. It's been more then 10 days now, they haven't return my money, plus the customer service representative are the Most rude and stupid People, they won't address your problem and disconnect the Chat abruptly, so disappointed with them, never ever ever order anything from those bluffers and cheaters..

One of the worst site to visit and order anything. They don't deliver and their customers executives are utter nonsense. They will keep extending the time and will cancel at the last moment leaving you with no option. Spoiling the entire day track the order. No sense of responsibility towards customer no sense of ethics of work/ commitment towards customer. Just long claim about the carteing to people.

Will not only stop using this platform but also asked all of you to avoid the same.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Do not trust this company at all. I paid more than Rs. 1700 for flowers, ferrero rocher chocolates some Cadbury's and a small teddy bear. All that the recepient got was some duplicate chocolates which looked like Ferrero Rocher but was some local company, a tiny teddy and 1 small box of Cadbury's. No flowers. All in all it would have cost less than Rs 500. What a ripoff. Tried complaining through
Email and chat and I haven't got any response to date. Their phone number is a joke! Please do not waste your money by ordering through them

Dear Sir,
My daughter Apoorva Chandra ordered cake and red rose on my anniversary... ref order no *******4476 on 16. 05. 20

Advance payment was made. And on 18 may only Cake was delivered at Patna. The delivery man told later on phone, that he had no order to deliver Bunch of red Roses.

Attempt to call for refund is not getting any response. Please refund Rs 500,50 % of total cost for red rose, not delivered.

Pl. Call me at *******678 to confirm the refund to the account, from which payment was made by my daughter.

If no response from your side, I will be forced to take legal action and put this fraud played on all over the media.

Looking forward to hear from you, ASAP, in 2 days

Today is my anniversary I paid 849 Rs in the morning now it's 9.49pm still I did not recvd my order and you guys sent us mail and message successfully delivered
Big cheaters don't do this false business
After charging money we get chat message this red velvet cake is not available
Then we choose another flavor we keep trying to call on your customer care no which is continuously busy
Then we ask to call then we recv call and that adviser tell us that you will get another cake
And now at this time I receive message from the Winni your cake is successfully delivered
To whom? When? Without any prior call?
Today is 13 may 2020 I want to cut cake today only not tomorrow
If you people are fake then i am going to review about this site everywhere
